Last week, Taylor Swift announced that she (along with Paramore) will be bringing The Eras Tour for 14 newly announced concerts. The trek is set to kick off with four nights at France’s Paris La Défense Arena in May 2024, and tickets were set to go on sale today (July 11). However, Ticketmaster has faced issues significant enough that today’s on-sale has been put on hold.

In a tweet shared today, Ticketmaster’s French Twitter account explained (translated to English), “The 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Eras Tour for Paris La Défense Arena has been put on hold. We will keep you posted with a new on-sale time as soon as possible. All codes not already used will remain valid.”

As Variety notes, there appears to be a technical issue with the Ticketmaster platform that’s preventing users from being able to log in. There were, at one point, over 700,000 in the queue to get their hands on tickets.

Swift faced issues with Ticketmaster last year, when Eras Tour tickets first started going on sale. She said at the time, “There are a multitude of reasons why people had such a hard time trying to get tickets and I’m trying to figure out how this situation can be improved moving forward. I’m not going to make excuses for anyone because we asked them, multiple times, if they could handle this kind of demand and we were assured they could. It’s truly amazing that 2.4 million people got tickets, but it really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them.”

Despite previously claiming that his MyPillow empire isn’t going broke and is “doing great” after being dropped by Walmart and major retailers because of his election fraud crusade, Mike Lindell can no longer hide the truth about his financial woes.

According to the Star Tribune, Lindell is frantically auctioning off everything that isn’t bolted down to make up for a massive dip in revenue after Bed, Bath and Beyond joined Walmart in no longer carrying MyPillow items:

“It was a massive, massive cancellation,” Lindell said in a phone interview Monday. “We lost $100 million from attacks by the box stores, the shopping networks, the shopping channels, all of them did cancel culture on us.”

The auction does not appear related to the $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit targeting both Lindell and MyPillow, which is ongoing in federal court.

However, this isn’t the first time that Lindell has cited a $100 million loss. He used the same figure back in January 2023 when he painted himself as a martyr for continuing to push conspiracy theories that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump.

“Now let me tell you the facts about MyPillow. When I tried to get this out to the people, MyPillow lost $100 million in retailers,” Lindell said in an interview. “We are not up 30-40% — we are down. We are down. I had to borrow money.”

But just a few months later, Lindell changed his tune while appearing on Steve Bannon’s podcast as he often does. The CEO claimed to have invented MyPillow 2.0 and turned things around. Clearly, that story hasn’t held up because Lindell is now back to saying revenue is in the toilet as he scrambles to unload sewing machines and office chairs online.

To launch the company’s new Sheer X collection, the “Umbrella” singer stripped down to undies to serve as the ad’s model. In the sexy photos showing off her baby bump (and then some), the provocative images suggest that everything’s OK with the company since the announcement of her stepping down as CEO.

The mogul told Vogue she would turn the reins to Hillary Super in June. “It’s been beautiful to see our vision for Savage X Fenty impact the industry at such an incredible magnitude over the last five years,” Rihanna said. “This is just the beginning for us, and we’re going to continue to expand in ways that always connect with the consumer.”

However, based on the website link shared in the musician’s tweet, she might be hinting at a future name change. Since its inception, the company has been referenced to as Savage X Fenty, and its official domain reflected that. However, now once you visit the site, the link updates to savagex.com instead of its original savagexfenty.com.

Rihanna loves to bare it all in risque photo shoots, including her recent maternity images titled “Rub On Ya Titties.”

Madonna was initially set to kick off the North American leg of The Celebration Tour later this week, with her first appearance scheduled at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena. However, the tour has now been postponed, according to Live Nation.

Recently, news came out that the pop star had been hospitalized after reportedly being found unresponsive. Madonna’s manager, Guy Oseary, shared that she suffered from a “serious bacterial infection” that landed her in the ICU.

She has since left the hospital and is recovering — but the illness prompted the postponement of her first 40th anniversary tour leg. She spoke out about it on social media, giving fans an explanation and an apology.

“My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children,” Madonna wrote. “My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour. I also didn’t want to let down the people who worked tirelessly with me over the last few months to create my show. I hate to disappoint anyone.”

While it’s still unclear what the new dates will be, the ticketing company notes that fans should still hold onto their tickets — as they will be valid if they can attend the changed schedule.

Later this fall, Madonna is also set to bring the tour over to Europe — so it could take place after those dates instead, or even next year.

As the Supe-loathing world awaits The Boys Season 4 (and we’ve rounded up the available details thus far), fans of the show can also look forward to some gaming crossovers. As announced earlier this week, Black Noir will (somehow) be coming to Call Of Duty with a few other members of The Seven (including Homelander), and this news led to some speculation about Mortal Kombat I, through which the Mortal Kombat universe shall be “reborn” beginning in September.

And that led to some direct questioning. And surprise, surprise, that led to a seeming confirmation.

Witness this screencap from Vought International Studios’ TikTok page, where the evil corporation announced the Black Noir bit, and then they responded to a user question, apparently on whether Homelander could possibly appear in Mortal Kombat I: “MK confirmed.” [Insert flexed-bicep emoji.]

Heck, even non-hardcore gamers will likely be excited by this news, which (if true) shall lead to Antony Starr’s Worst Supe as a playable character. The thought of hearing “Finish Him” while Homelander is barely wavering on his feet? What a thrilling burst of nostalgia injected into preexisting excitement for The Boys‘ next season.

Ideally, Homelander will not pull out this sneak-attack move on his opponents. Then again, that could be a hit, too. Naturally, we need Billy Butcher in this game as well. No one will ever be able to stop playing these two. Success!

FYI, earlier this year, Polygon passed on the rumor of Homelander appearing in Mortal Kombat I, and so, this seems to be true. There’s no official announcement yet, but if the Vought International Studios TikTok is to be believed, and they’re not just messing with us…. get ready.

The most-watched episode for many shows is its series premiere. There’s a curiosity factor — is this for me, or will I never watch it again? When it comes to Tucker Carlson’s nutty Twitter show, the people have spoken: they’re out.

The first episode of Tucker on Twitter, which debuted last month, has over 25 million video views, which is the number of times the video was played for at least two seconds. The most recent episode? Think… lower.

Journalist Matt Binder tweeted the number of video views the former Fox News host has garnered since his Twitter show began. While his first show attracted 26.7 million video views, the subsequent episode attracted half as many: 13.9 million. His most recent episode, his eighth, only garnered 3.8 million video views, according to Binder.

Speaking of, Carlson is hosting the “first presidential forum of the 2024 Republican Primary season,” featuring conversations with GOP primary contenders including Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramaswamy, Tim Scott, and Asa Hutchinson. One person who’s not expected to attend is the frontrunner, Donald Trump, despite the bootlicking.

Nicki Minaj doesn’t act in the Barbie movie, but she did get involved by teaming up with Ice Spice for soundtrack cut “Barbie World.” So, she popped up at this past weekend’s premiere event, and the experience left her stunned, both about the quality of the movie and about how good-looking star Margot Robbie is in person.

Yesterday (July 10), Minaj shared a GIF of her and Robbie from the premiere and tweeted, “She’s strikingly gorgeous in person. Btw, the entire cast of this movie nailed it. The film is so visually stimulating. The actors can actually act, & the comedic timing is actually on time. Bravo. I’ll see it again & give my final analysis around the 21st. Will Ferrell, I[heart emoji]U.”

In a red carpet interview with ET, she also said, “I’m so excited to be here and be a part of this entire moment, and I’m glad that they thought of me, because I’m excited just like everybody else is excited to see this movie. […] I know, I’ve been saying Barbie my whole career, and so this a very full-circle moment for me.”

In a recent interview, Robbie spoke about Minaj’s soundtrack contribution, saying, “I was like, ‘Greta [Gerwig], how are we going to incorporate this song? Britney Spears has found herself tangled with the basketball world in recent days: Last week, she tried approaching new NBA star Victor Wembanyama, but was hit by his security before she had the chance. Both Spears and Wemby have shared their perspectives on the situation, and the whole thing appears to have put basketball on Spears’ mind, as she took a minute to reflect on her own playing days.

Spears provided a scouting report of her basketball skills in an Instagram post yesterday (July 10), writing, “Funny people see me dancing a lot … IN SCHOOL I didn’t dance or cheerlead … I was a point guard !!! I called all the plays and I was fast as hell cause I was like a mouse … I couldn’t shoot as well as I handled the ball !!! The rush of the game THE UNKNOWN … no set ups … the tricks … the FAKES … the ball … baby can f*cking play !!!”

Meanwhile, on Twitter last night, Spears teased some sort of reveal coming today, saying, “Great news coming tomorrow … I’m so so excited … can’t wait to share this news with you all !!!!”

Spears has a bit of history with basketball. Aside from her aforementioned school days, she made her first appearance on Ellen in 2004, and Spears and DeGeneres took time during the show to get some shots up. She’s kept up with it, as she shared a video of herself shooting around in 2017.

Kelly Clarkson surprised unsuspecting lunch-goers with an impromptu performance of a song from her new album with the help of some friends.

The singer and talk show host started walking toward an outdoor dining area in Los Angeles, and soon other voices began joining her in harmony. Her beautiful, powerhouse vocals quickly drew the attention of the diners, who were surely stunned to see that it was actually Kelly Clarkson singing in front of them.

The song, “Favorite Kind of High,” wasn’t one most people would have recognized immediately, as it’s from Clarkson’s new album, “Chemistry,” which was released in June 2023. That didn’t matter, though, because Kelly Clarkson could sing the phone book and make it sound Grammy-worthy. And the group of singers who sang with her sounded amazing, too. What a treat.

The pop star shared a video of the pop-up performance in a Facebook reel:

Music adds so much joy to our lives, and getting an impromptu serenade like this one would surely make almost anyone’s day.

A commenter who shared that she’s “83 1/2 years old” told Clarkson to “Keep on singing and filling the world with beauty”—sage advice we can all appreciate.

Many people also asked Clarkson where she got her dress, which is a long-sleeved, ankle-length green wrap dress with pink flower details.

Can we formally request that every artist promote their new songs and albums this way? Random, unannounced public performances are a win for everyone.

The water sucks in the 1998’s film The Waterboy universe, but Earthgang’s present-day witty bars sure don’t. In fact, their latest video, for the single “Bobby Boucher,” just earned the Adam Sandler seal of approval, and they didn’t even have to open a can of whoop-ass to secure it.

The video, which Seales directed, brought the actor’s beloved movie back to life. Seales squeezed in the story’s most memorable moments in under four minutes, including a beer pong showdown, a high stake football game, and an overbearing mother.

Earthgang’s tribute to The Waterboy extended beyond its video. Their love for the film was also present in the song’s chorus as they rapped, “Luck be my lady, I’m up a couple thousand / Playin’ roulette like Bobby Boucher / Wa-wa-water on a Tuesday for all this D’Ussé / I surely feel like I’m drunk / I probably drink the Kool-Aid, that sh*t be packin’ a punch / It’s like a jab to the face, I’m probably not gettin’ enough.”

Earthgang devotes countless hours to producing over-the-top videos, as witness the ones for past songs like “Billi” and “Amen.” But for “Bobby Boucher,” their approach was much sharper, as they pulled from a fellow entertainer’s work.

Flattered by the creative nod, Sandler took to Twitter to return the love. “Yo, Earthgang! Singing along with you! Love, Bobby B,” tweeted the comedian.

WowGr8 of the group screenshot the compliment, then reposted it to their personal Instagram page, writing, “Holy sh*t. Holy sh*t. Holy sh*t. This is one of the best things that could happen for this video! EarthGang’s ‘Bobby Boucher’ video is out now! I can’t believe Adam Sandler saw this! I studied him intently for the treatment and execution of this video.”
