Lil Durk Is Going International With ‘All My Life’ Remixes Featuring Burna Boy And Stray Kids

Lil Durk has been putting in work for years. But this past summer, he earned the biggest hit of his career. His J. Cole collaboration “All My Life” from his Almost Healed album reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. There’s no doubt the song made an impact, but now, “All My Life” is about to make an impact globally.

Back in September, Durk and Cole performed the song live for the first time together at Heart Radio Festival in Las Vegas, which came to the surprise of fans. As the song has shown to have some longevity, Durk plans to keep the hype going.

Yesterday (October 10), Durk took to Twitter and Instagram to announce a remix pack for “All My Life” is on the way. Like the original, the remixes will feature J. Cole, but the duo will also be joined by two global forces.

Hopping onto the remixes Afro-fusion superstar Burna Boy, along with K-pop group Stray Kids. The individual remixes will each appear on a remix pack, set to drop this Friday, October 13.

“From Chicago to the world,” said Durk in the Instagram post’s caption. “Need yall to feel me on this remix! Let’s keep the positivity going.”

Burna Boy is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.

Ice Spice And Rema Are Teaming Up For Their New Single ‘Pretty Girl’ And It’s Dropping Soon

It looks like it’s about to be a big weekend for Ice Spice. On Saturday (October 14), she will kick off season 49 of Saturday Night Live as the musical guest. But before then, we will finally get some new music from the New York rapper. Last night, she took to Twitter to announce a new single, “Pretty Girl.”

Featured on “Pretty Girl” is afro-fusion hitmaker Rema, whose single “Calm Down,” and its accompanying remix with Selena Gomez, has shown to be a success in the realm of pop.

Earlier this year, Ice teamed up with Taylor Swift for a remix of “Karma” from Swift’s 10th studio album Midnights. She also worked with Nicki Minaj for their “Barbie World” collaboration from Barbie, as well as a remix to “Princess Diana” from Ice’s debut EP, Like…?.

Back in September, she partnered with Dunkin’ to create a sweet concoction called the Ice Spice Munchkins Drink — an iced coffee latte beverage blended with Dunkin’s Munchkin doughnut holes.

As the past year has been monumental for Ice, she revealed to Variety that she has no place to slow down anytime soon.

“The truth is, I’m everywhere,” Ice said. “I’m constantly moving, I’m always moving because people are starting to notice me a lot, and things get weird and creepy really quickly. But I mostly be staying in hotel rooms; that’s really where I live.”

Jada Pinkett Smith Has Revealed How She Had Actually Been Separated From Will For *A Long Time* Before The Oscars Slap

Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed a lot about her marriage to Will Smith during Red Table Talk. She has fanned those flames quite a bit on her show and elsewhere (even complaining about their sex life to Gwyneth Paltrow), but that arguable over-sharing tendency largely stopped when Will hauled off and smacked Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. Chris waited a few weeks before eviscerating Will during a stand-up set, but Jada stayed pretty mum, even leaving The Slap out of the followup Red Table Talk trailer.

Jada now discusses that and a lot more in her upcoming memoir, Worthy. As previewed by PEOPLE, she was definitely holding back until this point. Among several other revelations, Jada answered to the long-standing public speculation that she and Will’s marriage had been struggling. In fact, she says that they were separated for — whoa — six years prior to that fateful night:

“We’re still figuring it out,” Jada says of the state of their marriage. She says they had been separated for six years before the Oscars in 2022. “We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”

The pair has been married since 1997 (the above photo with Rock was taken backstage during 1994’s Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards), and Jada has also been open about an extramarital affair on her side. PEOPLE further details what she was thinking in the moments after The Slap happened:

“I thought, ‘This is a skit.’ Like many people watching the incident unfold on live TV, she didn’t believe it was real at first. “I was like, ‘There’s no way that Will hit him,’” Jada, 52, recalls. “It wasn’t until Will started to walk back to his chair that I even realized it wasn’t a skit.” The first words she uttered to Will once they were alone after the show were “Are you okay?”

On the subject Will being “okay” or not, Jada then revealed that she plans to be “by his side” but that he will “have to figure this out for himself.” This will be, surely, only one of several difficult topics in Jada’s book. She will also discuss a period of her own deep depression and go back to her early days in Baltimore, “where she sold drugs,” along with many Hollywood happenings in between.

Jada’s book, Worthy, goes arrives in book stores on October 17.

Can Beyoncé & Taylor Swift’s Concert Films Be Nominated At The Oscars?

Beyoncé and Taylor Swift are bringing both of their fans to theaters this year as the two stars gear up to release concert films tied to their massive respective tours. (Bey for the Renaissance Tour; Swift for The Eras Tour.) Given both artists have also been nominated for their past work at the Oscars, fans might be wondering if their films will be considered for nominations. Here’s what to know.

Can Beyoncé and Taylor Swift’s concert films be nominated at the Oscars?

Unfortunately, neither film will be eligible under the current Oscars guidelines to be nominated as a documentary feature, according to Variety. The rules state that this is because: “Works that are essentially promotional or instructional are not eligible, nor are works that are essentially unfiltered records of performances.”

The publication also noted that Beyoncé and Swift missed the October 2 deadline that would have been required for consideration.

While they might not be getting a nod at the Oscars, fans could still see their faves getting acknowledgment at the Grammys in 2025 — when it comes to the Best Music Film category. It is still quite a long time away based on the current eligibility period.

Swift’s Eras Tour movie opens on October 13, later this week. Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour concert film will follow, airing in theaters on December 1.

Jimmy Kimmel Offered A Solution To Keep ‘The MAGAlorian’ Donald Trump Out Of The White House

Jimmy Kimmel knows a way to prevent round two of the Trump presidency.

“At the White House today, President Biden gave a speech forcibly condemning the evil attacks on Israel by Hamas and confirmed that Americans are among those taken hostage and at least 14 Americans were killed. He vowed to do everything in his power to bring the Americans home safe,” the Jimmy Kimmel Live host said during his monologue on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Donald Trump — or “the MAGAlorian” as Kimmel dubbed him — is throwing one of his patented tantrums on Truth Social.

“The attack on Israel NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED if I were President. Neither would any of the many other disasters like, Ukraine/Russia, Loss of Energy Independence, Afghanistan, Inflation, the Border Disaster, and so much more! MAGA!” the former president wrote in one post. In another, he screamed, “I KEPT ISRAEL SAFE! NOBODY ELSE WILL, NOBODY ELSE CAN, AND I KNOW ALL OF THE PLAYERS!!!”

After calling Trump “McRib Rambo,” Kimmel continued, “It’s pretty clear at this point that he’s got no connection with reality at all. All he can see is perfect phone calls and unfair witch hunts, elections he won, wars he would have prevented. Right now we could build a little Oval Office in a mental institution and put him in there. Tell him he’s been reinstated as president. He’d be perfectly content, drawing on weather maps and pushing that little red Diet Coke button. He’d be happy, we’d be happy. Let’s get it done.”

As long as Trump can still have a phone to call his good buddy Hannibal Lecter (no apps, though), it’s crazy enough to work. You can watch Kimmel’s monologue above.

A24’s ‘The Iron Claw’ Trailer Tells The True Story Of The ‘Greatest Family In The History Of Wrestling’

The most jacked movie of the year is also one of the saddest. A24 has released the first trailer for The Iron Claw, a drama from Martha Marcy May Marlene director Sean Durkin about the Von Erich family of wrestlers. There’s brothers Kevin and Kerry, played by Zac Efron and Jeremy Allen White, and their demanding father Fritz (Holt McCallany, who was so good in Mindhunter).

“Ever since I was a child, people said my family was cursed. Mom tried to protect us with God. Pop tried to protect us with wrestling. He said if we were the toughest, strongest, nothing could ever hurt us. I believed him. We all did,” Efron’s Kevin says in a voiceover. But no amount of training could prepare the “greatest family in the history of wrestling” for the battles they would face outside the ring.

You can watch the trailer above. Here’s the official plot synopsis:

The true story of the inseparable Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. Through tragedy and triumph, under the shadow of their domineering father and coach, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports.

The Iron Claw, which also stars Harris Dickinson, Stanley Simons, Maura Tierney, and Lily James, opens in theaters on December 22nd.

Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner’s Custody Battle Is Officially Over As They’ve Announced The Plan For Their Children

At the moment, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are in the process of getting divorced. That in itself can be complicated enough, but here, there are a couple of notable extra wrinkles: They have two daughters (3-year-old Willa and 15-month-old Delphine), and Jonas and Turner plan to live on separate continents, with Jonas living in the US and Turner settling in her native UK.

Last month, Turner reportedly sued Jonas for custody of their children, and since then, there’s been uncertainty about what would end up happening with the kids. Now, though, Jonas and Turner have offered some clarity: In a joint statement (as People reports), they said, “After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the US and the UK. We look forward to being great co-parents.”

This follows a report from yesterday (October 10) that said lawyers for both Jonas and Turner “believe that an amicable resolution on all issues between them is forthcoming.”

Previously, in a filing, Turner asked “for the return of their two young children to England,” saying she felt they “have been wrongfully retained in New York City since September 20 from ‘their habitual residence’ in England.” Jonas’ representatives responded by calling the filing “a harsh legal position” and a surprise considering Jonas and Turner had previously agreed to an “amicable co-parenting setup.”
