Perhaps more than any rapper ever, Snoop Dogg isn’t afraid to put himself out there, throwing himself into whatever brand deals or other sorts of opportunities present themselves. It turns out there is a line he won’t cross, though: OnlyFans. The platform, best known for hosting NSFW content from creators, apparently once reached out to Snoop, who explained why he shut them down.
On the debut episode of comedian Slink Johnson’s Wake & Bake With Double S Express Instagram Live show on January 15 (as HipHopDX notes), Snoop was the guest. During the conversation, OnlyFans came up and Snoop told his story, explaining, “They got at me when one of them little girls made like $20 million on there. They were like, ‘OnlyFans wants you to come on there, Snoop! You could do about $100 million. All you gotta do is pull that thang out.’ I’m like, ‘I got a Black wife, n****. Ain’t no way in the world she gonna allow me to go on there and pull that thang out for no amount of money!’”
Both LeBron and Bronny James had basketball games on Wednesday night. For the patriarch of the James family, the Los Angeles Lakers played host to the Dallas Mavericks and picked up an emphatic, 127-110 win over the Dallas Mavericks behind 25 points, eight assists, and eight rebounds from their eventual Hall of Fame inductee.
As for Bronny, his USC Trojans had to go to Tucson to take on Arizona. His game tipped off a good bit later than his dad’s game, so after the Lakers won, LeBron booked it into the locker room to check out the Trojans.
The problem: He still had to meet with the media, so he attempted to do that while he watched the USC game. Let’s just say he was distracted while he tried to do that.
The best part came towards the end, when James was asked if losing a tough game or watching Bronny in a game where his team is struggling is more difficult.
“Watching college basketball alone is tough,” James said. “Then you add my son in there, it’s even … yeah, yeah, cause I’m … it’s hard to watch. It’s hard to watch.”
James then got asked if this was simply because he’s a dad watching his son, and he said that’s part of the reason why.
“Yeah, I’m a dad, but also, love the game of basketball and college basketball, just, it’s like ten people in the paint at the same time,” James said. “It’s very hard at times to watch. But USC’s a great program, Arizona’s a great program, you get a good opportunity to watch some good basketball in this game.”
Unfortunately for James, Arizona had a better night than USC, as the Wildcats picked up an 82-67 win. Bronny went for 11 points on 5-for-11 shooting with six assists, five rebounds, and a block on the evening.

Last August, Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley got married in Long Beach, New Jersey, and it was a paparazzi’s dream. Taylor Swift, among many other A-listers, attended the rehearsal dinner, causing Swifties to flood the streets. So, yeah, people were starved for details. Luckily for them, Antonoff and Qualley’s private lives remained mostly private for once. But Bleachers’ “Tiny Moves” video might have given a glimpse into what the dance floor looked like at Antonoff and Qualley’s wedding reception.
The Antonoff-fronted band dropped the video on Wednesday, January 17. It stars Qualley unabashedly performing “a self-choreographed routine,” as per press release, in a quiet New York City at night.
“The tiniest moves you make,” Antonoff sings. “The whole damn world shakes / Call it a bloodlust crisis of faith.” After three minutes of flawless dancing, a coolly collected Qualley walks over to Antonoff, leaning against a car and embracing her as dawn breaks.
Qualley spoke with Rolling Stoneabout her inspiration for the video, which she co-directed with Alex Lockett, as excerpted below:
“‘I just love dancing and wanted to make up a dance for one of Jack’s songs on his next album,’ she says. ‘This song was just really poppy and fun, and it was so fun to dance to.’ When she started thinking about it as a music video, the simplest storyline had Antonoff watching her tiny moves as she danced until the sun came up. ‘I kind of wanted it to feel like a love letter to Jack and something that I’d want to show the kids one day,’ she says.”
Bleachers’ self-titled album is due out March 8. “Tiny Moves” is the third single, following “Alma Mater” and “Modern Girl.”

Trump: We have more liquid gold, oil and gas. More liquid gold. Well, I just met non liquid gold. You know where it was? Iowa. It’s called corn. They have. It’s non liquid. pic.twitter.com/TIn7qPkvZz
Per Mediaite, the former (and, dear lord, maybe future) president was at a rally in New Hampshire, where he waxed poetic about all the resources our mighty nation has.
“We have more liquid gold and wealth under our feet than any other nation. We have more liquid gold. Oil and gas. More liquid gold,” he boasted, though it’s definitely not true that America has more oil than anyone else.
But he had more. “Well, I just met non-liquid gold,” he said. “You know where it was? Iowa. It’s called corn! They have – it’s non-liquid.”
Trump then recounted what happened when he told Iowans that they have “non-liquid gold,” namely that they had no idea what on earth he was talking about.
“I said, ‘Corn.’ They said, ‘We love that idea.’ You know, it’s a pretty cool thought, isn’t it?” Trump recalled. “That’s a nickname in it’s own way but we came up with a new word for – a new couple of words for corn.”
It’s true that corn plays a disturbingly large factor in how our food is processed. It’s in pretty much everything. That’s not a good thing, in the long run, though. But Trump, like most of his supporters, isn’t thinking about the long run. He just does things without much of a plan then wings it, and it’s worked out pretty well for him, except when it hasn’t.
Anyway, Trump has wrought many calamities upon the world in his near eight decades on this planet, but surely trying to get people to call corn “non-liquid gold” is up there. Let’s not let this one happen, at least.
It’s been pretty cold across the United States in recent days, with Portland being one of the places hit especially hard by January inclement weather. Portland has been dealing with a pretty nasty mix of sleet and below freezing temperatures, which has led to ice forming across the city.
This has ended up having an impact on the Portland Trail Blazers, which were anticipating getting Deandre Ayton back for Wednesday night’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. Ayton had not played in a game since Dec. 23 due to a lingering knee issue, and after missing 11 straight games, he was apparently given the all clear to suit up.
There was just one problem: Because of the ice that is on the roads in Portland, Ayton quite literally could not make it to the arena despite the fact that the Blazers attempted to send a crew to get him. As such, his return to the team got delayed, as he was ruled out for the Nets game.
Ayton tried for hours to combat the sheet of ice leading out of his neighborhood and the team sent people out to help as well, but to no avail, so he is out for tonight’s game versus Brooklyn https://t.co/Oa0Rv3Wbms
Portland’s next game is at home on Friday evening against the Indiana Pacers. Here’s hoping that Ayton will be able to leave his place safely by then — and, of course, that the fine folks in Portland get a little bit of relief from the inclement weather and ice.
On Wednesday, January 17, Ye posted a close-up photo of what appeared to be some sort of grill compared to Jaws from the James Bond franchise. It’s far from unusual for people to get custom grills, but The Daily Mail reported that West “has had all his teeth removed and replaced with titanium dentures,” which are rumored to have cost $850,000.
The tabloid cited Dr. Thomas Connelly as having done the procedure. Connelly told The Daily Mail, “Ye was a pleasure to work with every step of the process. His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression. The marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic!”

On Wednesday, Complexrefuted The Daily Mail‘s claim that Ye’s teeth were removed, using the same source as The Daily Mail, as excerpted below:
“Many on social media assumed that Ye had his teeth removed to install the new dentistry. According to a source, that’s not quite what happened. Ye had a procedure done called fixed prosthodontics where the grills, which were designed by Ye alongside his doctor and made of titanium, palladium, platinum, and other precious metals, are fixed to his teeth. Dentist Thomas Connelly, who worked with Ye on the procedure, also confirmed to Complex that the artist’s teeth are all still there, if you were wondering. ‘He did not have his teeth removed,’ Connelly, who has worked with other celebrities in the past, said. ‘He still has a full dentition. Healthy and happy.’
On Wednesday, January 17, Timberlake posted a cryptic Instagram carousel — every pop star’s rite of passage when rolling out something new — including a “MISSING” poster, what appears to be a music video set, and a hard drive labeled “EITIW.” Additionally, Timberlake captioned the post, “EITIW.”
As per Billboard, “fans [are] theorizing that the single will be called ‘Everything I Thought It Was.’ Redditors even tracked down a trademark application filed by a mysterious LLC early last year for that phrase, as well as for Everything I Thought It Was…A Sonic Film.”
Of course, this is all speculation for now, but it looks like Timberlake is keen to fill us in sooner than later. If Timberlake is indeed gearing up to drop an album this year, it will be his first since 2018’s Man Of The Woods.
The Atlanta Hawks and the Orlando Magic found themselves in a tight game on Wednesday night. And just as it looked like things were going to go to overtime, Dejounte Murray got to be the hero for the home team, as he hit a jumper as time expired to give Atlanta a 106-104 win.
With right around 10 seconds remaining in regulation and Orlando trailing by three, Paolo Banchero came off of a Jalen Suggs screen and pulled up from well behind the three-point line. While he struggled from the field on the evening, Banchero showed off his ability to hit shots in big moments, as he knocked down a triple to tie things up. Murray got the ball on the ensuing inbound and brought it right up the floor, and despite being pestered by Markelle Fultz, he was able to get to his spot in the midrange, pull up, and knock down a jumper while the clock hit zero.
It was a good win for a Hawks team that is fighting to make it into the Play-In Tournament in the Eastern Conference. Murray specifically has drawn a ton of attention lately, as he’s found his name in trade rumors frequently over the course of the last few weeks. He had a productive night on Wednesday, as Murray scored 26 points on 11-for-18 shooting five assists, five rebounds, and two steals.
Astrophysicist, best-selling author and People Magazine’s “Sexiest Astrophysicist Alive,”Neil deGrasse Tyson, has made a long career educating people about the universe and helping us make sense of its seemingly infinite mystery.
But in a recent “Dropouts” podcast interview, Tyson focused on a subject closer to home: man’s best friend, the dog. During the interview, he discussed how dogs have an incredible lust for life that may somehow be tied to an understanding that their time on this Earth is far too short.
He also discussed how a dog’s joyous nature is something we should all aspire to because life is far too short for all beings. His words were set to beautiful imagery by the Lunas_Golden_Life Instagram page.
“Every time you come back from wherever you went, your dog is happy, and it’s jumpy, and it wants to lick you in the face. Even if you just went to get the mail from the mailbox, they delight in your return,” Tyson says in the video. “If you wanna take them out on a car ride, they are the first one in the car. They don’t care where it’s going, but they’re there.”
He then put the lifespans of dogs and humans in perspective.
“If they only get one day for every week you’re alive, they make every day count. Their lives have already factored in their mortality,” he continued. “When I look at a dog, I use that as a reminder of how I should live every day of my life.”
