Zach Bryan has a big week ahead, as his Quitting Time Tour kicks off at the United Center in Chicago tonight, March 5. If you’re planning to head to the show, a big consideration to keep in mind is transportation. You could drive and park, or if that seems like a big to-do, there’s always rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. If you opt to go that route, here’s what you should know.

Where Is Rideshare At Chicago’s United Center For Zach Bryan’s The Quittin Time Tour?

As detailed on the United Center website, there’s an “Uber Zone” near the venue, where rideshare users can be picked up and dropped off. It’s located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. The page also outlines the pickup process:

“Using the Uber app, fans inside the United Center will call an Uber ride. Guests will then head to the new Uber Zone located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street in front of the United Center. When arriving, fans will show the Uber attendant the lane number their driver is in. Fans will be shown the location where their Uber vehicle is located to start their next journey.”

Katt Williams Had A Hilarious Response To Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour’ Guest Opener Invite

Getty Image

On March 1, Nicki Minaj kicked off her Pink Friday 2 World Tour. Although the intense performance run features special guest Monica, the opening slot remains unfilled. Back in February, the “Beep Beep” rapper began to gauge her fan base to see who they felt would be a good fit.

Through a live stream, Minaj finally landed on “the busiest man in show business,” Katt Williams. During the broadcast, she urged her fans to relay her invitation. “Can y’all hit up Katt Williams,” she said. “Ask him what would be his price to be a part of the ‘Pink Friday 2 Gag City Tour?””

Well, Williams has finally responded to Minaj. On March 3, as part of his Dark Matter Tour stop in Charlotte, North Carolina, he made a hilarious joke about the potential business venture. “Nicki Minaj said she wanted me on her tour, and she told so many people a million people hit my phone at the same time,” he said. It scared me and Jesus. He shut all of AT&T down!”

Although Williams’ reply wasn’t exactly a proper yes or no, it was enough to hype ticketholders up online. There are still several dozen dates left on the Pink Friday 2 World Tour, but perhaps Williams would be down to join after he wraps up his contractual duties.

Mia Goth’s ‘Pearl’ Follow-Up ‘MaXXXine’ Finally Has A Release Date

Maxxxine
A24

Some sequels take years if not decades to make (looking at you, James Cameron). But director Ti West has blessed horror fans with a duo of slasher flicks within six months of each other, mostly because he shot them back-to-back by borrowing the crew from Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water in New Zealand. Maybe he wanted to show Cameron what a little hard work will get you!

X, which starred Mia Goth, Jenna Ortega, Brittany Snow, and Kid Cudi as a group of young adults looking to shoot a porno on a rural Texas farm (as one does), was released in March 2022, and its prequel Pearl hit theaters in September 2022. Now, the trilogy-capper is on its way.

The next installment in the X/Pearl franchise will be MaXXXine, which was just given a July 5th release date. Goth co-wrote the film with West, which takes place after the bloody events of the X massacre, as Maxine sets out to make it as an actress in 1980s Los Angeles. Unfortunately, MaXXXine will have to go head-to-head with Despicable Me 4, but Gru should be able to handle that.

MaXXXine features a star-studded cast, including The Crown’s Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Halsey, Giancarlo Esposito, and aspiring country star Kevin Bacon.

X is available to stream on Netflix, while Pearl is on Hulu. You still have time to catch up!

Dakota Johnson Isn’t Surprised That ‘Madame Web’ Was ‘Ripped To Shreds’

madame web
sony

Sydney Sweeney commented on the disastrous reception to Madame Web while hosting Saturday Night Live over the weekend. Now it’s Dakota Johnson‘s turn.

In an interview with Bustle, the actress was asked whether she’s bothered by the negative reviews. “It’s so hard to get movies made, and in these big movies that get made — and it’s even starting to happen with the little ones, which is what’s really freaking me out — decisions are being made by committees, and art does not do well when it’s made by committee,” she said. “Films are made by a filmmaker and a team of artists around them. You cannot make art based on numbers and algorithms.”

It sounds like Madame Web will be Johnson’s first and only foray into comic book movies. “I probably will never do anything like it again because I don’t make sense in that world. And I know that now,” she said. “But sometimes in this industry, you sign on to something, and it’s one thing and then as you’re making it, it becomes a completely different thing, and you’re like, Wait, what? But it was a real learning experience, and of course it’s not nice to be a part of something that’s ripped to shreds, but I can’t say that I don’t understand.”

For a much better Dakota Johnson movie, give The Lost Daughter or The Peanut Butter Falcon a shot.

Josh Homme from Queens Of The Stone Age has announced a new event titled Josh Homme & Friends, which will benefit a good cause. Held at Los Angeles’ The Belasco for one night only on March 20, Homme will be bringing along some of his famous musician and comedian pals to perform.

Beck, Dave Grohl, Chad Smith from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jesse Hughes from Eagles Of Death Metal, Matt Helders from Arctic Monkeys, St. Vincent, The Kills, and Homme’s QOTSA bandmates Troy Van Leeuwen and Michael Shuman will be among just a few of the acts on the lineup.

As for comics to expect at the event, Bill Burr, Sarah Silverman, and possibly more surprise performers will be helping keep the crowd laughing throughout the night. The show is teasing some additional artists to appear, which could include both comics and other musical acts.

Does A Tape Of Lauren Boebert Attempting To Rap Like Eminem Exist?

Boebert Eminem
Getty Image

When rootin’ tootin’ Lauren Boebert surfaced in D.C. with her glock, the comparisons to Sarah Palin flooded in and haven’t really stopped. That, of course, is nothing that has been discouraged by Boebert, who notably wasn’t wearing glasses during her outing as a “private citizen” while vaping and groping amid families at the Beetlejuice musical.

Sarah Palin was never caught doing that, but another commonality might exist. It’s only been a few short years since Palin was very poorly rapping “Baby Got Back” while dressed as a bear for The Masked Singer. Now, it’s time to reflect upon a lone excerpt from a lengthy The Washington Post profile about Boebert attempting to get her political groove back. Buried within the piece is a revelation from the congresswoman’s mom, Shawna Bentz, who revealed that Boebert was once an Eminem enthusiast, to the point where she competed in “rap battles after school.” Boebert even wrote her own rap lyrics in an attempt to meet the Detroit-based icon on MTV’s FANatic.

From how Bentz phrases the situation, it sounds like Boebert’s rapping skills might have been commemorated in a video tape, but you be the judge:

It was “amazing” work, according to her mom, but Bentz never actually submitted it. “I wasn’t the kind of mom to do whatever you had to do to make things happen,” she said, “so I never did anything with it. But I still make her sing it to me today… I wasn’t the kind of mom to do whatever you had to do to make things happen,” she recently told The Washington Post. “So I never did anything with it. But I still make her sing it to me today.”

For her part, Boebert assured the The Washington Post that this threat to society artistic effort “was never recorded… Maybe a really good thing!” Yet the MAGA Republican doesn’t exactly tell the truth at every opportunity, so stay tuned. Maybe after the November election, the truth will come out on video.

Even Mike Lindell’s Own Lawyers Think He Could Be Facing Jail Time After Posting Election Data Online

Mike Lindell My Pillow Guy
Getty Image

Mike Lindell stopped by Steve Bannon’s podcast, as he often does, but this time, the MyPillow CEO dropped a startling revelation: His own lawyers are convinced he’s looking at jail time.

While discussing the recent Supreme Court decision that prevented Colorado from removing Donald Trump from the ballot, Lindell boasted about his decision to post election data that he allegedly stole from the state. According to Lindell, he shared the data online in an attempt to stick it to Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, who he called “evil” and blasted her for stopping efforts from Lindell’s gaggle of election deniers.

Via Raw Story:

“I put the whole image up there, Jack, a year and a half ago, and the media won’t even tell people about it,” the pillow executive opined. “My lawyers are going, Mike, you could maybe go to jail.”

“You know, I said, I don’t care,” he continued. “I’ve been there before. “The world needs to know what this woman did, this Jena Griswold.”

Lindell hasn’t gone to jail, yet, but the feds famously confiscated his cell phone while the prominent election denier was in the drive-thru line at Hardee’s. Lindell has tried unsuccessfully to get the phone back from the feds, and lost an appeal back in September. The court sided with the FBI and reaffirmed the warrant to confiscate the device.

“Here, a federal magistrate judge determined there was probable cause to seize and search Lindell’s cell phone,” the ruling read. “The warrant explicitly authorized the search of Lindell’s person for his cell phone as well as the seizure and search of the phone for records and information constituting ‘fruits, evidence, or instrumentalities’ of the three federal offenses.”

Related to that phone seizure, the MyPillow CEO found himself under suspicion of (though he has yet to be charged) “identity theft, damage to a protected computer and conspiracy to commit identity theft and/or cause intentional damage to a protected computer.”
