Megan Thee Stallion Has A Murderous ‘Hottie Homecoming’ In Her New ‘Roc Steady’ Video With Flo Milli

Megan Thee Stallion is about a month removed from the release of Megan: Act II, a reissue of June’s Megan that adds new tracks. Among them is the Flo Milli-featuring “Roc Steady,” for which Meg just unveiled a new video today (November 27).

Ahead of the video came a teaser that packed a lot of exposition into ten seconds. It started with newspaper headlines reading “Murders At RSH School,” “3 Students Found Dead,” “Mysterious Bite Marks,” and “No Suspects Found.” We then get some shorts of a “Hottie Homecoming” event in a school gymnasium, including some of Meg as a cheerleader. Indeed, that’s generally what’s going on in the full video.

Meg previously explained on X (formerly Twitter) of the song’s creation, “I called Flo milli to thee studio and she kicked me and the engineer out the room for like 45 min [laughing emoji] and when I came back in I was shooookkkk.” Flo responded, “lmaooo chill i was shy [laughing emojis] can’t let nobody see my crazy side [crying emoji] we got the job done tho.”

“Roc Steady” arrived after Meg and Flo worked together on a remix of Latto’s “Sunday Service.” Meanwhile, the new video isn’t Flo’s biggest reveal of the past few days, as she just announced she’s pregnant.

Playboi Carti Promises To Debut His ‘Music’ Album During His Rolling Loud Miami Set

Playboi Carti’s next album is either called Music or I Am Music — he can’t seem to decide which it actually is. Either way, though, fans attending his set at Rolling Loud in Miami on December 15 will be getting the first full listen to the album. On Rolling Loud’s Instagram, a new flyer promises “I AM MUSIC WILL B PLAYED,” although there’s not much information past that. He certainly appeared to be working toward a set built around the album at Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival earlier this month, so it seems he certainly has a foundation for it.

Although Carti has been teasing the album for at least two years, but only recently began sharing official singles. In September, he dropped “All Red,” while in January, he unofficially released “Backr00ms” featuring Travis Scott — an unofficial follow-up to his and Travis’ previous collab “Fein,” which has become a fan favorite since its release last year.

Even though he didn’t share a bunch of his own new music, Carti seemed to become pop music’s go-to feature for Gen Z cool factor, teaming up with The Weeknd and Madonna on “Popular” and Camila Cabello on “I Luv It,” before reuniting with The Weeknd on his new single “Timeless.”

Sexyy Red’s Frenetic ‘Fake Jammin’ Video Turns Wendy’s Into ‘Sexyy’s

Sexyy Red continues her campaign for America’s hearts and minds with her latest video from In Sexyy We Trust, “Fake Jammin.” The video is a typically unadorned Sexyy affair, with the St. Louis native flexing cash at her local hair supply and turning a Wendy’s into a Sexyy’s. Sexyy debuted the video on popular streamer Kai Cenat’s Twitch channel, but you can watch it in all the usual places.

This Friday (November 29), Sexyy is also launching her long-awaited line of lip glosses, which went viral when she first announced them thanks to their hilariously unhinged color names. You can find more info about them here.

Sexyy’s 2024 was already quite successful; most recently, she helped Tyler The Creator score a huge hit with “Sticky,” which reunited her with GloRilla after they previously teamed up on “Whatchu Kno About Me.” Meanwhile, despite being forced to cancel a few dates of her Sexyy 4 President Tour, that didn’t stop the remaining dates from selling out, proving that Sexyy Red’s 2024 campaign was a success. If she can carry that momentum into 2025, her term will be just as much of a success.

In Sexyy We Trust is out now via Rebel/Gamma. You can get it here.

An ‘SNL’ Star Almost Had An Unfortunate Wardrobe Malfunction In A Sketch With Charli XCX

Andy Samberg was almost in his flop era. The SNL star appeared in a recent Digital Short, “Here I Go,” with host and musical guest Charli XCX where they play a couple who love calling the cops on people in their neighborhood. The sketch includes the pair of them tearing off their modest clothes to reveal some very short shorts. Too short, in Samberg’s case.

“There was a lot of debate about how high my shorts should be,” he said on the most recent episode of The Lonely Island And Seth Meyers Podcast, according to Billboard. “And I kept being like, ‘Well, Charli’s are gonna be pretty high because that’s how she rolls, so I should really have mine high.’”

Samberg considered wearing the same outfit as Charli, but “I was like, well no, I don’t think anybody actually wants to see that, despite what they might think.” Instead, he asked the costume department to turn his shorts, well, shorter. “They cut them higher,” Samberg shared, “and I was like, ‘I don’t know, maybe I should go higher.’ And then as soon as we started, like, really dancing, I really almost flopped out.” He added, “Thank God we did not make it any higher ’cause it would have been really bad.”

Lizzo Went Off On Some Kai Cenat Fans Who Made Jokes About Her Weight After She Was On His Stream

Lizzo popped up on a Kai Cenat stream recently and appeared to have some fun, even getting in on the “MUSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD” meme. As all that was going on, though, Lizzo was apparently subject to some Cenat fans poking fun at her weight, by accusing her of breathing heavily on the broadcast.

Now, Lizzo has responded.

In an Instagram Live video shared a few days after the stream (as HotNewHipHop notes), Lizzo said:

“I know that if it the internet is good for one thing, it’s for talking cash money sh*t about fat girls, OK? I know that. I know that’s what you do, I know you like it, it’s fun for you, it makes you feel special and intelligent.

But what I will not allow is for y’all to lie on me. I have seen too many posts about me breathing loud during Mafia, and b*tch, y’all know Kai Cenat is a loud-ass breather. And y’all know that his microphone was right by his nose, because his head was in his lap. That’s the n**** that was breathing loud. How am I the one that’s breathing loud when the volume of the breathing didn’t change from me going here to here? […] My shoulders not even moving with the sound of the breathing!”

Lizzo, meanwhile, recently reflected on the weight loss journey she’s been on.
