Kanye West Reportedly Got Married To A Yeezy Architectural Designer

Well, it appears that after his and Kim Kardashian’s divorce, Kanye West is once again a married man: TMZ reports that according to “sources connected to the couple,” he and a woman named Bianca Censori recently had a “secret wedding.”

The two apparently had a wedding ceremony but have yet to file a marriage certificate, which would mean the two are not yet legally married. Still, though, earlier this week, Ye and Censori were seen at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills and West was wearing a wedding ring.

Censori’s LinkedIn page lists her as “Head of Architecture at YEEZY” and notes she’s worked as an “Architectural Designer” at Yeezy since November 2020. It also indicates she earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University Of Melbourne in 2017 before getting her Master of Architecture degree from the same school in 2020. In 2013, founded a jewellery company called Nylons Jewellery.

Last month, West shared a song that wasn’t given an official title but has been referred to as “Censori Overload” due to the message Ye shared alongside it: “Censori overload. The variable epitope library from the antigen promotes an immune response in the body.” On the track, he raps, “The Bible said I can’t have anymore sex ’til marriage.”

Rihanna Just Teased Her Super Bowl Halftime Show With A New Trailer Acknowledging Her Musical Absence

Rihanna has a major career moment coming up: On February 12, she will be playing the halftime show at Super Bowl LVII, held at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium. Since that news was revealed, there hasn’t been much in the way of info regarding what to expect from the performance. Now, though, there’s a new trailer.

It begins with Rihanna in a dramatically lit room, her hair done up in a tall and wiry style. All the while, overlapping voiceovers from various speakers make not of how long Rihanna has been away from music, saying things like, “Dude, Rihanna, we’ve waited for you,” and, “It’s been six years since the nine-time Grammy-winner dropped an album.”

The video ends with Rihanna shushing the camera as a brief snippet of her 2016 song “Needed Me” plays.

Meanwhile, Rihanna is fresh off an appearance at the 2023 Golden Globe Awards, where her Black Panther: Wakanda Forever song “Lift Me Up” was nominated for Best Original Song, Motion Picture. That award ended up going to Kala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani, and Rahul Sipligunj’s “Naatu Naatu,” a Telugu-language song from the 2022 Indian movie RRR. Rihanna got multiple shout-outs during the broadcast, though, including a funny one from host Jerrod Carmichael.

‘BMF’ To Blowin’ Money Fast: New Bosses And New Territory In Season 2, Episode 2

(SPOILERS for this week’s BMF episode will be found below.)

Each week for the ‘BMF’ To Blowin’ Money Fast series, we’ll recap the episode by looking at a few key things to see how they hurt Meech and Terry’s money-making goals. Each item will be marked as a profit or a loss, the former keeping them in the black and the latter pushing them into the red. Throughout the course of the season, something that was once unprofitable could turn profitable, and vice versa, but we’ll have to wait and see what that might be.

Last week on BMF, we watched the official beginning of the Black Mafia Family. Meech launched the group — which combined The 50 Boyz and his previous rival, 12th Street Boyz — following a deal with K-9, a top drug supplier in Detroit. Meech makes these moves with help from B-Mickie, rather than Terry, as the Flenory boys are still at odds over season one disagreements. Terry decided to exit the drug game and start a car-ride service with his father Charles, but that hasn’t gotten off to the smoothest start. Elsewhere, B-Mickie is still under the highly watchful eye of Detective Bryant, who is blackmailing him for information on Meech that will lead to an arrest.

For “Family Business,” the second episode of season two, we spend more time with the Flenory family. Despite Meech and Terry’s differences, we see that they have to spend more time around each other than they’d like. Lucille and Nicole are heading to Cleveland from Detroit (a 2.5-hour drive) to visit Lucille’s mother for her birthday. There, Meech makes a move to expand the drug business into Cleveland thanks to help from his younger cousin. Meanwhile back home, Terry is set on learning and making new business decisions that will expand the car-ride service. In both Meech and Terry’s cases, they run into issues with their partners that make their lives a lot more difficult than it needs to be.

Terry Flenory

PROFIT

Terry is going to make the car-ride service a lot of money, and in episode two, he’s determined to prove it to his father. After speaking with Markeisha at the insurance office, he learns that there are a few things he can do to make more money. First, he can stock the cars with refreshments, or “good ass snacks” as Terry called them, to improve customer experience. Secondly, Markeisha also tells him that picking up passengers from the airport can prove to be more profitable because they’re willing to pay more. Terry puts both of those ideas into action and learns that Markeisha was absolutely right. He’s set on continuously putting these ideas into action, which will surely help the car-ride service and help them get the third driver they’re looking for. The only issue is his father Charles isn’t so convinced.

Charles Flenory

LOSS

Charles Flenory is one aggravating person. Between conversations and interactions with Terry or his wife Lucille, Charles is just… (*pulls strands of hair out*). Starting with Terry, despite the fact that the car-ride service started with Terry’s lawsuit money and the fact Terry and Charles are equal partners, Charles refuses to take Terry’s opinions into consideration. He calls Terry’s idea to stock the car with refreshments “a waste of money” and he tells Terry to “stick to who and what we know” in regard to picking up passengers from the airport. Additionally, he hires a third driver without consulting with Terry first. As for Lucille, Charles neglects her emotional needs in favor of building up the car-ride service. Their romance is gone and their family struggles are hurting their relationship even more. Lucille feels neglected, and she also thinks her children are being neglected as well — especially Nicole. However, with his focus on the car-ride service, Lucille’s wants and needs have taken a backseat and it’s only a matter of time before they leave the car altogether.

Markeisha Taylor

PROFIT

Markeisha Taylor, played by La La Anthony, is an interesting addition to season two BMF. She plays the role of an associate at an insurance company, the same one the Flenory car-ride service uses. Markeisha is also Terry’s growing love interest who first caught his attention at a basketball game in episode one. While Markeisha denied Terry’s advances in episode one, because she’s married, they spend some more time together in episode two as she offers to help teach him some better business practices for the car-ride service. Markeisha is the one that told Terry to start picking up passengers from the airport. She’s also the one that told him to stock the car with refreshments. It all proves to be effective for the business, and the stack of cash Terry put on the table in front of Charles is proof of that. While Terry may not be able to have a romantic relationship with Markeisha, she’s definitely someone he should keep around because of her business mind.

Ferrero Rocher

PROFIT

When it comes to candy, you can rarely lose when it comes to Ferrero Rocher. The only case is if you’re allergic to chocolate or nuts which is unfortunate for you because Ferrero Rocher is such a great commodity. Markeisha tells Terry to fill the car with these and other candies to please customers, and sure enough, it does just that. A first-class passenger is pleased to see them in Terry’s car after he picks her up from the airport, and she promises to recommend the Flenory car-ride service to her colleagues. Though I consider myself to be a sour patches connoisseur, I too would make a recommendation in the name of Ferrero Rocher. This small piece of chocolate candy also proves that the small things count in business whether it’s a car-ride service or a drug operation. Terry and Meech are going to learn of its value whether it’s at a profit or a loss.

Credit Cards & X-Rated Magazines

LOSS

I know we’ve touched on Charles and Lucille’s relationship already, but this episode really showed the tension that lives within it. Lucille’s frustration with Charles and the family’s low income causes her to open a credit card in Nicole’s name in order to buy some things for the both of them. Lucille’s frustration has also wiped out her and Charles’ intimate moments, which pushed Charles to purchase x-rated magazines as a way to spice things up on his end. Things come to blow when Charles confronts Lucille about the credit card, all for her to clap back with the magazines. In the end, Lucille and Charles both resorted to the credit card and x-rated magazines respectively in order to solve a problem they both had in their lives, all for it to bring them more issues. Lucille will have to figure out how to pay the credit card off, despite their financial struggles, so that Nicole’s isn’t credit damaged. Charles, on the other hand, is probably regretting that magazine purchase. Either way, it wasn’t worth the money or the stress.

New episodes of ‘BMF’ are available on the STARZ app on Fridays at 12:00 am EST and on the STARZ TV channel at 8:00 pm EST.

Offset And Hit-Boy Pay Homage To Some Miami Legends On Their New Single, ‘2 Live’

Offset and Hit-Boy have a banger on their hands. On their new single, “2 Live,” the two pay homage to Miami rap legends 2 Live Crew.

Both the superproducer and the Migos member show off their rap chops over the bouncy, strip-club-ready beat, on which, classic 2 Live Crew adlibs can be heard throughout.

“2 Live, 2 Live, b*tch, she get freaky like an Uncle Luke album,” raps Hit-Boy on the song’s chorus.

Both hip-hop stars show their chemistry throughout the track, as they bounce off of each other’s bars.

On Offset‘s verse, he wows the ladies with his charm and his style, rapping “Ring around the rosey / I bought her Chanel / Now takin’ pictures posin’.”

While it’s unclear whether “2 Live” will be a standalone single or a part of Offset’s or Hit-Boy’s upcoming projects, the latter teased a few concepts for albums and mixtapes last year during an interview with XXL.

“I been seeing a lot of people saying I should do a compilation of my own with my beats and just different artists,” he said. “That’s something I wanna turn up on. Look out for that Hit-Boy compilation. My rap album, too. I got all types of joints coming.”

In the meantime, you can check out “2 Live” above.

Logic Reflects On His Past Throughout The Poignant New Single ‘Wake Up’

Logic dropped his new song, “Wake Up,” featuring Lucy Rose. The track is a glimpse of College Park, the rapper’s first album as an independent artist. Introduced by a mesmerizing electronic beat, he slowly weaves in the vocals to reach full volume — and it repeats “everyday, wake up,” similar to an alarm.

While the vocal repetition might feel a little disorienting, the transitions he still manages to make work perfectly. “Look in the mirror / Couldn’t see that man,” he rhymes at an incredibly fast pace before slowing down to take a breather.

There are also some incredibly poignant lyrics about Logic reflecting on his mindset and state of his life. “I took a ride through my city the other day / Wonder what would have happened if it all went the other way / Jump in the whip, now I reminisce / On the days when I was running round the Ave.”

Rose is introduced at the very end of the song as a voiceover of sorts. She tells the story behind what inspired the title College Park, as it was a place in 2011 where Logic drove with his friends. As she describes, it was an altering journey of a ride.

PartyNextDoor Blames His Ex And ‘Her Old Friends’ For Their Relationship’s Demise On His New Single

At long last, PartyNextDoor is back with new music. On his new single, “Her Old Friends,” Party looks back on a past relationship, seeing where things went wrong. He concludes that his ex and her old friends are to blame for his and her downfall.

The song is produced by OG Parker, and opens with a soft, sultry guitar. The percussion then kicks in, giving the song an angsty, bitter feel.

“F*ck all my b*tch’s old friends / Y’all let that girl f*ck anybody / She out here catching everybody ” he sings on the song’s chorus.

Over the past few years, Party has worked on projects for the likes of Drake, Diddy, and more. Though he remains relatively reclusive on social media, he is said to be more open and outward toward people he’s close with.

Last year, Uproxx spoke with OG Parker about how his other PartyNextDoor collaboration “No Fuss” came together.

“He’s literally like my brother so it’s a little different,” Parker said “He’s a very secretive person, he keeps to himself and he only f*cks with people he feels like are family.”

Armani White Reminds Fans Why He’s ‘Goated’ In His Creative New Collab With Denzel Curry

On the heels of his massive hit, “Billie Eilish,” Philly-based musician Armani White has dropped his new song, “Goated” — and he brought Denzel Curry along for the ride… AKA their collab.

“Legends on 3, 2, 1, let’s go,” kicks off the track with some creative lyricism and a hypnotic beat. Even in the opening lines, his repetition of “goated” seamlessly blends into “Please don’t go there with me.”

“Poppin down Miami Beach / Pull up like Lebron with the Heat,” White rhymes in the second verse. There are even some additional name drops for what appears to be wordplay about Rihanna, Megan Thee Stallion, and Doja Cat.

“You say you love me like you love him / You lying / You know your worth / For what it’s worth, I could buy it,” White adds on the slowed-down bridge of the song. Still, it picks right back up again as Curry enters with some serious energy. From start to finish, “Goated” is just a song that will grip listeners’ attention.

The trailer for the music video finds White posing in front of photographers as he jokingly flexes his muscles. It also teases an appearance from none other than Floyd Mayweather.

The Arcs Plead For ‘Sunshine’ In A Time Of Darkness On Their Hopeful New Single

Dan Auerbach is on the search for a bright light on The Arcs’ new single, “Sunshine.” Comprised of Auerbach, who is also the lead vocalist and guitarist of The Black Keys, as well as Leon Michels, Nick Movshon, Homer Steinweiss, and Richard Swift, who died in 2018, their newest track contains background vocals and percussion from the latter, as it was written and recorded shortly before his death.

“Tell me ’cause I wanna know / In Louisiana, our lucks gettin’ low / Been workin’ / We’re weak in the knees, ’bout to bust / Now won’t you make some time for us,” sings Auerbach in the song’s opening verse.

The song is featured on The Arcs’ upcoming second album, Electrophonic Chronic, which arrives later this month. According to Auerbach, making this album was a form of catharsis as he grieved Swift’s untimely death.

“This new record is all about honoring Swift,” Auerbach said in a statement. “It’s a way for us to say goodbye to him, by revisiting him playing and, laughing, singing. It was heavy at times, but I think it was really helpful to do it.”

Electrophonic Chronic is out 1/27 via Easy Eye Sound. You can pre-order it here.

If You Ever Wondered What It Would Look Like If M. Night Shyamalan Directed ‘The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,’ Today’s Your Lucky Day

After Zack Snyder recently converted Stephen Colbert’s talk show into an action-packed adventure, Colbert invited M. Night Shyamalan to put his own eerie spin on the format, and the twisty filmmaker delivered all the way to the shocking end.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert isn’t the obvious candidate for thrilling psychodrama, what with its well-lit stage and staid formula where people sit on a couch and talk about whatever movie they just made. Even “Movie” Night Shyamalan isn’t immune to namedropping his series Servant during his appearance. Yet what he does for the show is a revelation. The new Colbert is infused with grim unease, unsettling creatures, well-timed Goodfellas references, and a hair-raising cameo. In short, committing to this as a full concept instead of a bit would require Colbert to go into gonzo Chris Gethard comedic territory that would delightfully alienate all of his regular viewers.

Also, the budget for alien costumes would shoot right through the roof. It might be cheaper to get real aliens, but there’s enough much bottled water on set to guarantee a nasty lawsuit.

Curiously, Shyamalan didn’t mention that he has a movie in theaters on February 3rd. Knock at the Cabin, starring Dave Bautista, is based on the Paul Tremblay book where a vacationing family is forced to make impossible choices to avoid the end of the world from happening. Whether it’s a hit or not, Shyamalan will always have a fallback job directing The Late Show.

‘The Bear’ Is Coming Back This Summer With Ten New Episodes

Great news for everyone who has had a healthy blood pressure readout so far this year: The Bear is returning this summer with a bigger season. FX ordered 10 episodes instead of 8, so there are bonus chances to pop the stress ball you squeeze while watching.

At the end of the first season, the gang behind The Original Beef of Chicagoland had closed down in order to revamp completely. No longer a flavor-packed sandwich joint, Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney (Ayo Edebiri), and the rest want to turn their spot into something worthy of their Michelin-starred mannerisms.

So far, showrunner Christopher Storer and FX have been frustratingly silent about the exact date we can expect The Bear to return. That trend continues!

“I know this sounds like I’m avoiding the question but part of the reason why I even wanted to make the show in the first place was that I probably become unhealthily obsessed with time in a lot of instances that created anxiety,” Storer said.

“And there’s no better setting than a restaurant for the pressures of that. In terms of Season 2, you’re gonna see them build a restaurant,” he continued. “They think they’re starting from a healthy place like a lot of other businesses but it just creates the same amount of problems and the same amount of headaches every day. So we see them have to step up in different ways. In some ways, they’ll regress but hopefully, they’ll ultimately come back together to open this thing by a very specific date.”

For now, we only have a vague date, but at least it’s not too far away.
