For years, you have been squinting, licking your fingers, or doing whatever you can do get a really tiny end of a thread into an even tinier hole, and thinking, [infomercial host voice] “THERE’S GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY!” Well, kids, there is, and you’re about to feel both relieved and dumb.
Twitter user John Bick shared a video from a crafting site that went viral for being extremely helpful.
People couldn’t believe it. Instead of threading the needle through the hole, shake it down and go from there.
Good grief. After 50 years of going cross-eyed đ˘

Something happens at some unknown point in your 30s where partying no longer looks the same as it did when you were in your early 20s. There’s no real warning. In fact, sometimes it happens mid-party. You’re having a good time dancing, taking a Jägerbomb, then you slowly feel the youthful excitement drift from your body.
You realize you have a big meeting Monday you have to prepare for and you’d rather hear your cat’s best motorcycle impression than spend one more second being bumped into by sweaty people in the club. And just like that, a different partying expectation is formed. One where you know that dropping it low may mean that you can’t get back up.
Where sensible shoes take priority and you’re not going if there aren’t comfortable chairs, a reasonable end time and music at an acceptable decibel level. Malena Tudi, perfectly captured what it’s like to party in your 30s, it’s instantly clear that bumping and grinding with strangers isn’t on the list.
In the video uploaded to TIkTok where it got over 18.3 million views and 2.6 million likes, a group of people gathered close but not too close watch as someone squirts mustard on the floor while house music blasts. The room is lit to look like it’s some sort of nightclub, but everyone is wearing sweatpants and other comfortable clothes. When the man is finishes squeezing the condiment on the floor, another man pulls out a Tineco mop-vac. The party goers, including the one holding the vacuum drop their jaws in shock as the device cleans the area with no streaks or left over residue.
The room was collectively shook at what they just witnessed. A vacuum that mops and vacuums at the same time efficiently, they thought their eyes were deceiving them. But it was in fact reality. Commenters agreed that the mop-vac is amazing and shared stories of their own experiences of parties in their 30s.
“The last party I was at we all spent approx 45 min discussing a crockpot someone brought dip in, I bought one from Amazon while still at the party,” one person writes along with including a weary face emoji.
“I have the superfecta, Tineco, Dyson, Crockpot and airfrier [sic]. my 30s be Wilding,” someone says.
“I look forward to my weekends so I can hit my pen and walk around Ikea for hours,” another person writes.
Clearly, partying in your 30s is a whole different vibe that involves a lot less dancing and a lot more showing off new appliances. Now watch these guys party like rock stars with their $300 mop-vac so you can know which one to impress your friends with at your next party.
Kevin Costnerâs had more than his fair share of upheaval lately. He was set to swagger into the sunset as John Dutton in Yellowstone after the end of Season 5, but no one seems to know if those episodes will ever film. Even Costner seemed unclear on that detail while revealing (in divorce court) that he might be taking producers to court.
Speaking of the legal system, Costner is likely tired of being in courtroom-adjacent settings for his divorce proceedings. Despite having a prenuptial agreement in place, Costner and Christine Baumgartner have filed multiple rounds of documents about their child support battle. Costner still-sort of scored some victories with Baumgartner being ordered to vacate their marital home via the terms of the prenup. However, he has still been ordered to pay $129,755 in monthly child support, which is a lot, yes, but itâs much less than the $248,000 figure that Baumgartner was reported to request. Previously, PEOPLE noted that the divorce filings involved ânearly 9,000 pages of forensic accounting documents so far,â and now, Costner has realized that his legal bills are astronomical. Even worse, he believes, is that Baumgartner wants him to pay $885,000 for her legal fees, too:
In a court document obtained by PEOPLE â filed Monday in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Barbara â the 68-year-old Oscar winnerâs legal team argues the amount requested by Christine, 49, is âunreasonableâ and ânothing short of outrageous.â
The filing claims Christine has already received â$405,000 in fees, including an award of $300,000 in legal fees ($200,000 in attorneyâs fees and $100,000 in forensic accounting fees) on July 12â and âremov(ed) $105,000 for fees from Kevinâs accounts.â
Previously, Costner alleged that Baumgartner was using child support money (at least partially, although a lot of it) for plastic surgery. He reportedly named a wild figure, claiming that she was having $188,500 in plastic surgery procedures per month. Is that even possible? The divorce proceedings themselves, it seems, lie far beyond that kind of maintenance.
Last night, the 2023 Video Music Awards was held at New Jerseyâs Prudential Center. Throughout the night, the celebrities and musicians were having a blast watching each other perform and win. Yet, as the VMAs held a crowd livestream on YouTube, people immediately discovered that Taylor Swift was stealing the night.
Not only did Swift win a ton of awards, including the coveted Video Of The Year for âAnti-Hero,â but she also let her wild side out and had a blast. A few years ago, Swift was given the nickname âDrunk Taylorâ by her fans, after a video of her singing to âYou Need To Calm Downâ at an event went viral.
Swift could be seen grabbing a drink from the server. She danced and stood up for nearly all the performances. She even reportedly lost a diamond out of a piece of jewelry and had to get help finding it.
Fans on social media were extremely entertained watching Swiftâs every move, as it got more chaotic throughout the night. They were even to decipher some of what she was saying, as Swiftâs âItâs giving movie, itâs giving cinematographyâ line went viral.
Find some clips of Swiftâs âDrunk Taylorâ moments above. Below, find some fan reactions to the videos.
i know we are all joking about drunk taylor but i truly think sheâs just genuinely having a fun, carefree night because ⌠not to be reputation but ⌠sheâs doing better than she ever was pic.twitter.com/8JXDt0zqWf
Despite Donald Trump being targeted by a scathing indictment that included audio recordings of the former president bragging about showing people classified documents, his defense team has been trying to request those documents be made available at Mar-a-Lago, the literal scene of the crime. The judge in the case took a hard pass on that one.
According to Raw Story, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon was not convinced by Trumpâs team promising to employ the use of a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) so he could look at the classified documents to mount his defense. The former presidentâs mishandling of top secret information is the crux of the indictment, so Cannon made it very clear that Trumpâs team will only be handling documents at an actual secure facility. (Read: Not a private golf resort.)
Cannon even went so far as to threaten penalties if Trumpâs team takes the documents anywhere besides the established facility.
âThe limitations on disclosure of classified information set forth in this Order are binding on Defendant and his counsel and violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties,â Cannon wrote in the ruling.
Adding insult to injury is the fact that Cannon was appointed by Trump, which has raised concerns about her overseeing the Florida indictment. However, based on this latest ruling, sheâs not messing around.

All the kids love Teezo Touchdown. Over the past couple of years, the Texas native has built a loyal and vocal following consisting of many of his artistic contemporaries. At festivals like Rolling Loud and on tour with Tyler The Creator, his stage showâs exuberant, contagious joy has converted thousands of skeptics of eye-popping sartorial choices. Although that infectious energy doesnât fully translate on his long-awaited major-label debut, How Do You Sleep At Night?, the album does contain a number of interesting ideas and an unconventional approach worthy of its creatorâs bombastic individuality. Thereâs not much like it in hip-hop these days but more of the genre should be adopting its best adventurous impulses.
The modern generation of hip-hop has had plenty of artists who are leaning into rock-inspired sounds and aesthetics; this year alone, weâve had projects from Lil Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert, and Travis Scott that borrowed pretty heavily from acts as disparate as Tame Impala, System Of A Down, and Nine Inch Nails. Teezoâs goes even broader, from the indie alt vibes of âImpossibleâ to the dance-funk of âNeighborhoodâ to the mellow folk-blues of âI Donât Think You C Meâ and even some surprisingly soulful R&B with âYou Thoughtâ featuring Janelle MonĂĄe. Thereâs a little Radiohead, a little Beck, a little Maroon 5, some Nirvana, all laden with the cheek of turn-of-the-millennium pop-punk and anchored by some actually impressive vocal work from Teezo himself. He lilts and croons and sing-raps with a verve that Iâd love to see from some other rap-rockers whoâve gotten a little too comfortable with a very specific sort of nasal whine that suggests emotional wailing but feels like more of a shortcut disguising tropey writing.
Teezo indulges in some of that tropey writing himself â something he can work on and improve on future output â but he also drops enough specificity into his lyrics on songs like âDaddy Mama Dramaâ that he ends up feeling a little more authentic and relatable than some of his peers. While there are those who might see this as a drawback, I tend to view things from the lens of âwho is this for?â There are sad suburban Black teens out there for whom Teezoâs recollections of being awkward and not fitting into stereotypes are going to be foundational for finding self-confidence and identity. Thatâs not nothing. Even though the boundaries between âBlackâ and âwhiteâ music have blurred a bunch in the algorithm-driven streaming era, questions of self-worth and insecurities about not belonging arenât going anywhere â and I know some kids who could have used a Teezo Touchdown growing up.
What sets Teezo apart from some of his peers in the rock-rap scene is an armâs-length distance from the ârageâ most purport â that infectious joy I mentioned earlier. He sounds like heâs having a lot of fun and thatâs what translates, even if the boisterous call-and-response crowd work canât really be translated to the album format. What these songs might miss in originality, they make up in gutsiness and gusto. Teezo is pushing his own vision, not a watered-down version of something that already works; he wears his influences on his sleeve, but so do most of the members of his generation. Iâve come to the conclusion that thatâs a feature, not a bug, and everything doesnât have to be transformational or totally innovative to be interesting, fun, and worthwhile.
How Do You Sleep At Night? is all three, and the best part about it is knowing that the artist himself has the live performance chops to do all the transforming when he plays them live. Maybe I just want the kid to win because of how genuinely engaging heâs been at the shows Iâve seen or for the commitment it takes to make and wear a shirt and wig made entirely of nails. Sure, thereâs some shock value at play there, a bit of âlook at meâ showmanship that can come across gimmicky for weathered old cynics whoâve been doing this critic job for way too long. But anyone whose worldview allows them to think of doing off-kilter stuff like that is worth championing. How Do You Sleep is a decent kickoff, suggesting just how close Teezo is to figuring out the perfect play to live up to his name.
How Do You Sleep At Night? is out now via Not Fit For Society/RCA Records.
The model and author wore a Y2K-inspired look, which Harperâs Bazaar described as âa Jean Paul Gaultier handkerchief dress, with crisscrossing halter neck and abdominal straps in a brilliant emerald green, while the asymmetrical skirt featured a rusty orange surrealist illustration of a woman diving in circles.â Ratajkowski showed off her outfit on Instagram.
She also nearly suffered a wardrobe malfunction while dancing during the ceremony but expertly rearranged her dress. You can see that here.
Ratajkowski recently discussed her divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women. âI think thereâs a lot of taboo around divorce and a lot of shame. I think that isnât helpful, particularly for young women who are trying to get out of bad relationships,â she told Entertainment Tonight. âI want to spread a little positivity and I think that divorce, deciding to leave a relationship despite the financial hardship, despite what itâs going to mean for your kids, everything, is really brave. I want women to feel better about it.â
Olivia Rodrigoâs upcoming tour is pretty much guaranteed to pack stadiums. The Guts World Tour kicks off in February 24, but fans are already bracing themselves for a chaotic pre-sale.
Pre-sales for the tickets are expected to begin Wednesday, September 20 to Thursday, September 21. However, in a statement issued by Live Nation, the event production company urged fans to register for the pre-sale ahead of time, in an attempt to combat bots and reduce the resale of tickets, and to help give access to ticket to fans who genuinely want them.
Fans can register for a code here from now until Sunday (September 17) at 10 p.m. EST. Fans will then be randomly selected to receive a code, which will give them access to the pre-sales.
The pre-sales will take place on September 20 and September 21.
At a later date, Rodrigo will introduce Silver Star Tickets, a program designed to make it easier and more affordable for fans to attend her concert. The Silver Star Tickets will be a limited set of tickets for sale at $20 each. These particular tickets must be purchased in pairs, with a limit of two per purchase. Each pair sold will provide seats next to each other, with the exact location to be revealed on the day of the show upon pick-up from the box office.
On October 13, Chicago soul singer-songwriter Jamila Woods will release her third studio album, Water Made Us. The albumâs title, which refers to the way water âalways runs back where it came from,â is inspired by a line from one of its songs, âGood Newsâ â a song Woods shared today as the projectâs third single.
In a press release, Woods explained how the lyric inspired the albumâs title, saying, âThe title of the album comes from one of the lyrics: âThe good news is we were happy once / The good news is water always runs back where it came from / The good news is water made us.â For me the song is a lesson in surrender, a lesson I learn from water over and over again.â
âGood Newsâ was preceded by âBoomerang,â an upbeat dance track. In contrast, âGood Newsâ is a slow, mellow track with a sinuous bassline backing ethereal instrumentation and Woodsâ reflection on the duality and cyclical nature of life. âI take it back, the words I said / That cast a cloud over my head,â she sings. âIâll make it back to where I been.â
Water Made Us is also a reference to the Toni Morrison quote, âAll water has a perfect memory and is forever trying to get back to where it was.â Itâs a hopeful message, that all is as it should be and will eventually end up where itâs meant to. This theme will be expressed throughout the albumâs 17 tracks, which will feature duendita, Peter CottonTale, and Saba. You can find more info here.
In May, Lauren Boebert surprised everyone, including husband of 18 years Jayson Boebert, by filing for divorce. At the time, she released a statement that spoke of âa heavy weight on my heartâ and how sheâs âalways been faithful in my marriage.â Boebert loves to stress family values and even once advised women to run after Jesus if they felt their hearts leaving their marriages. Lo and behold, however, Boebert has not been sitting around and mourning her old partnership.
In Colorado as in most states, it generally takes several months to process a divorce filing until itâs granted, but Boebert has not decided to wait for a magical moment to move on. As evidenced by the video footage of the MAGA congresswoman being booted from a Broadway tour performance of Beetlejuice in Denver, Boebert looked cozy with her companion. They left the venue together, holding hands while she did some twirls.
At the time, Boebertâs date remained a mystery, but the Daily Mail couldnât resist digging in. The publication identified him as Quinn Gallagher, a co-owner of Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar in Aspen. Reportedly, this is not a brand-new romance. Daily Mail published its own photos of Gallagher in Aspen, and their âsourceâ seems shocked that Gallagher would date a far-right Republican:
Now, DailyMail.com can reveal, that Boebert, 36, and divorced father of a 16-year-old son, Gallagher, 46, have been secretly dating for several months.
According to a well-placed source, âItâs very surprising. I always thought Quinn was a cool guy and a Democrat. His parents would be horrified because they are definitely blue.â
Gallagher can be seen (far right below) on the Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar Instagram page.
In 2019, Gallagher appeared in a Denver Post feature as a noted bartender who helped gather fellow service workers together as a mutual mental-health support network. The Daily Mail reports that he became a co-owner of the Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar in 2022. Daily Mail added that Gallagher was born in or near Rifle, Colorado, where Boebert used to own (the now-defunct) Shooters Grill with (soon-to-be-ex-husband) Jayson.
It looks like the bar is catching a little heat already as a result of this news. On their Instagram page, comments like these have already surfaced: âI donât patron places that are associated with Lauren Boebertâ and âGetting kicked out of the Buell with [Boebert] for bad behavior at Beetlejuice on Sunday is so not a good look.â Pretty awkward stuff.
