We’re not strictly operating upon reviews or accrued streaming clicks (although yes, we’ve scoured the streaming site charts) but, instead, upon those selections that are really worth noticing amid the churning sea of content. There’s a lot out there, after all, and your time is valuable.

10. Cobra Kai – Netflix series

The emotional roller coaster of this karate soap opera came to a crescendo with not only these character deaths but also the greatest possible ending (and finally, an answer to that lingering question) for Johnny Lawrence. Next up? A relative gamble with a new movie, Karate Kid: Legends, which will pair two senseis portrayed by Ralph Macchio and Jackie Chan, who train the next rising star in this franchise. Stay tuned for further word on a potential spin off.

9. The Gorge – Apple TV+ movie

The coolest Valentine’s Day movie headed straight onto streaming with scoring from the unbeatable score duo of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. And because Apple TV+ cannot and will not quit with the sci-fi vibes, this story is also a creature feature about a mysterious and classified gorge guarded by a pair of impossibly attractive snipers who begin to fall in (forbidden) love from afar. The presence of Alien legend Sigourney Weaver further strengthens appeal for genre fans, and this movie really is the ideal way to spend an evening, either watching solo or (if you’re into that sort of thing) with a partner.

8. To Catch A Killer – Vertical film streaming on Netflix

Shailene Woodley, Ben Mendelsohn, and Jovan Adepo star as law enforcement agents who race against time to catch a sniper. As is almost customary, expect a character with a darkened past among the cops, but this crime-drama story does deserve its current new streaming life after a brief theatrical release. The absence of literary source material (the story hails from a screenplay by director Damián Szifron and Jonathan Wakeman) keeps spoilers to a minimum with an atypical ending to a “troubled” cop story.

7. Apple Cider Vinegar – Netflix series

More stories about grifters will always be available, but the early days of Instagram sure saw a doozy in Aussie “wellness” influencer Belle Gibson. Kaitlyn Dever picks up a less intense role than usual here but delivers the discomfort on multiple levels as the walls close in around Belle amid her fake cancer saga. Alycia Debnam-Carey portrays her main rival, Milla Blake, and this trainwreck of a story has unfortunately not resulted in much IRL punishment for Gibson. She still hasn’t paid her fine, but at least she has been shamed and removed from the snake-oil market. Also, that worm story? Yikes and pretty damn embarrassing stuff.

6. 1923 – Paramount+ series

As has often been the case, the Dutton ranch is under siege, just like new-times. However, Jacob and Cara Dutton’s story has more to resolve in this second and final season. An especially harrowing winter will also hammer down on Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren’s characters while Brandan Sklenar’s Spencer makes his way back to his fam to shine more light upon murkier areas of the Dutton family tree. Landman star Michelle Randolph is back as Elizabeth Strafford, and somehow, this is the only currently running Taylor Sheridan series, although we can expect more of Mayor of Kingstown and the debut of The Madison (starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Matthew Fox, and Patrick J. Adams) later this year to continue the Yellowstone mythology.

5. The White Lotus – HBO series streaming on Max

If Patrick Schwarzenegger’s insufferable Saxon doesn’t go home in a body bag, then why did Mike White really bother with this season? In all seriousness, the return of Greg under his new alias, doing “this and that,” adds welcome dimension and serves as another connecting thread to earlier resort visits in this anthology series. So far, very few of this season’s privileged vacationers (Aimee Lou Wood’s character is perhaps the most tolerable) would be missed from humanity if they bit the dust. Yet at least this show does not fail to be amusing while skewering characters portrayed by Michelle Monaghan, Walton Goggins, Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, and Parker Posey, who is doing the most to be loathsome. Also, it sure looks like Jason Isaacs’ Southern Charm-inspired a-hole could end up in cuffs if he ever returns to the United States.

4. A Thousand Blows – Hulu series

The Peaky Blinders movie cannot come soon enough, but while we wait, Steven Knight has a new gangster show. This pre-Tommy Shelby series dives into the underground boxing in 1880s Victorian London, but equally important will be a showcase for another historically reigning gang, the Forty Elephants. This entirely female crime syndicate shoplifted, blackmailed, and seduced to gather loot, which they sold while amassing riches, but plenty of testosterone will also be on display, including a slight Peaky crossover with Hayden Stagg actor Stephen Graham on hand as formidable fighter Sugar Goodson. Did Graham bulk up for the role? You’d better believe it, and one of the more promising aspects of Knight writing a historically-based series is that he will not sacrifice story for the sake of nitpicky accuracy.

3. Zero Day – Netflix series

Jesse Plemons has a knack for surfacing in political-adjacent thrillers about dire crises and scaring the hell out of everyone. Here, he picks up a different role than expected by taking a more understated and decidedly stylish turn. This film hits both close to home in our current times and acts as escapism with Robert De Niro as an ex-president who helps trace a deadly cyberattack after it kills thousands of U.S. citizens. This limited series also stars Lizzy Caplan, Angela Bassett, and Matthew Modine and hails from Narcos creator Eric Newman. In all likelihood, a second season will not materialize, so enjoy this show for what it is.

2. Severance – Apple TV+ series

This series has now moved on to further exploring the ins-and-outs of Innie vs. Outie sex, but the teasing glimpses of Mark’s reintegration procedure are killing the sexiness. Then again, this satire has managed to gloss over any sex appeal with an unsettling sanitized vibe since the beginning, even while nursing foot fetishes via a recent key shot. This show managed a three-year gap between seasons and is still slowly parceling out a mystery that has viewers hooked, but ideally, it won’t be another six years before the full four seasons surface. Still, this show has generated enough discussion already to at least have achieved True Detective first-season water-cooler status.

1. Reacher – Prime Video/Amazon series

Hear me out. The second season of Alan Ritchson’s wanderer did grow a bit too ridiculous, especially with action-based characters running around in formal wear with an unbelievable helicopter-bound climax. Whereas this season returns to true adventure (while also adding extra brawn from Oliver Ritchers’ Paulie) to adapt Lee Child’s Persuader novel. Additionally, Maria Sten’s Neagley is incredibly showcased later this season to remove any doubt that she can carry a spin off. Let’s just say that her cereal obsession takes a fitting turn, and even though Reacher does have a new love interest, DEA Agent Susan Duffy (Sonya Cassidy), his platonic relationship with Neagley remains the soul of the series.

TORONTO — Twenty-five years of John Cena playing the good guy in WWE got flipped on its head Saturday night at the Elimination Chamber when he joined forces with “The Final Boss” The Rock and Travis Scott to form an unlikely trio.

Scott is a long-time WWE fan and has become increasingly embedded in the promotion. Recent months have seen him transform from audience member to taking part in Jey Uso’s entrance during Monday Night Raw, before now joining Rock and Cena in turning on WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

At WWE’s post-event press conference, The Rock told Uproxx that we could see Scott eventually wrestle in WWE alongside him and Cena:

“Yes, absolutely. That’s why we’re doing it. Long gaming. I love Travis. That’s my guy. Where we have expanded to in WWE, I feel like professional wrestling has always found its unique place in culture throughout the decades. We remember Rock ‘n’ Wrestling, Cyndi Lauper, Hulk Hogan, we remember the Attitude Era. Pro wrestling has had its place in culture for some time. I think we are tapping in to a unique time now, I’m not quite sure what we name this era, we’ll all figure it out. Someone will come up with something cool, I’ll say it and take credit for it,” Rock said.

“I feel like with Travis, he loves the business and loves pro wrestling. He’s a culture guy. Travis Scott is one of the greatest already, of all time. He’s a GOAT, a legend, an icon, he loves the business. We get guys and girls like that who want to come in and who are already tapping into the culture and disrupting culture in their own cool way. They want to come in, have fun at the show. Maybe they want to sit and enjoy or be on camera. But some want to get involved. Some, like Travis, deeply want to get involved. That’s what you saw tonight.

“We have this opportunity to create this big moment in pro wrestling that is arguably one of the biggest, maybe the biggest, and we had an opportunity to bring Travis Scott in too and start to form a union and an alliance with The Final Boss and Travis Scott. He wanted to get, to steal a term, he wanted to get his hands bloody. I whispered to him as we were going out, ‘if you get your hands bloody, make it count. Make it count.’ He slapped the shit out of Cody. He was really hyped up.”

WWE is officially on the build toward WrestleMania with Rock, Cena, and apparently Scott. Whether that means a match for Scott in the near term future remains to be seen.

John Cena ďefeated CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Damian Priest, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre to win the WWE Men’s Elimination Chamber and earn a championship match at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

After the match, Cody Rhodes joined Cena in the ring as Travis Scott walked out with the Rock. Rock grabbed Rhodes face and asked Rhodes if he would embrace him as his brother and he would embrace him as his champion. Rock said he wants his soul. He said if the answer is no, the Dream dies again.

Rhodes said he wants it all, and his soul no longer belongs to him. It belongs to the ring and the people. Then he told Rock to go f*** himself. Cena hugged Rhodes and finally turned heel, kicking Rhodes below the belt. Cena beat down Rhodes, then he and Scott held him down while Rock beat him with a belt.

McIntyre and Rollins opened the Elimination Chamber match, with McIntyre missing the Claymore and Rollins missing the Curb Stomp. McIntyre slammed Rollins to the outside, then smashed him against cage. Priest followed up next out of the pod, followed Paul, then Cena.

Cena came out firing, hitting everyone in the match. After connecting on an Attitude Adjustment to Paul, McIntyre hit a Claymore on Cena. Before he could pin Cena, Priest rolled him up for the surprise pinfall. McIntyre hit Priest with a Claymore and Paul hit a frog splash from the top of the pod to eliminate Priest.

Next out of the pod was Punk, who went right after Paul. Punk slammed Paul’s head into the pod glass, then stepped into the ring to face off with Cena. Rollins interrupted the showdown, booting Punk in the head. Paul jumped into the ring and caught a GTS for his trouble, getting eliminated by Punk.

Cena and Punk teamed up on Rollins to land a Hart Attack before squaring off. Cena and Punk hugged, then went to battle. Punk went for a GTS, but got countered into an STF. Punk fought out and reversed into an Anaconda Vice. Cena caught Punk, who tried a dive off the top rope, and landed the AA for a two count. Cena climbed to the top rope and Rollins powerbombed him into the cage, then threw him through a pod.

Back in the ring, Rollins and Punk traded shots, Rollins hit a pedigree, and only got the two count. Punk made his way back to his feet and hit a flying elbow drop on Rollins, then set up for the GTS. Rollins reversed, hit a buckle bomb, and then the Curb Stomp for two. Rollins set up for a top rope curb stomp, got pulled off the rope from Cena, then stepped into a GTS followed by an AA for Punk to pin him.

Punk hit a GTS on Cena for the two count, Cena hit the AA for two. Rollins hit the curb stomp on Punk, then Cena put him in the STF until he passed out.

Bianca Belair defeated Naomi, Bayley, Roxanne Perez, Alexa Bliss, and Liv Morgan to win the WWE Women’s Elimination Chamber and earn a championship match against at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

Jade Cargill returned from injury to attack Naomi before the bell could ring. Unable to compete, Naomi was eliminated before the match could begin. Morgan squared off with Belair, who was first out of the pods and immediately tried to come to the aide of her fallen tag team partner. Morgan took advantage early on and gained some momentum early.

Perez came firing out of the pods, and connected on a russian leg sweep into the chamber cage. Bayley was next out of the chamber pod, followed by Bliss. Perez and Bayley exchanged shots, only for Bayley to be eliminated by Morgan.

Morgan was chased up the pod by Belair, and Belair whipped her with her hair, knocking her off the pod. Belair then jumped from the top of the pod onto Morgan. Perez was knocked to the ground before Bliss hit Twisted Bliss for the pinfall.

Bliss connected on the Sister Abigail to Belair, but Morgan rolled through for the pinfall. She pulled Belair over but was only able to get a two-count. Morgan yo-yo’d Belair against the cage, pulling her hair back and forth as she slammed her head into the cage. Outside the ring, Belair held Morgan and flung her against the pod, then the cage, then the pod again.

In the ring again, Belair hit the KOD on Morgan for the pinfall, earning her spot at WrestleMania.

Today (March 1), Sabrina Carpenter made history at the 2025 BRIT Awards. The “Please Please Please” singer became the first international act to be bestowed the Global Success Award.

While Carpenter was sure to pay homage to the UK during her medley performance of “Espresso” and “Bed Chem,” during her acceptance she really laid it on thick.

Escorted to the stage by friend and actress Millie Bobby Brown, Sabrina Carpenter used her address (viewable here) to hilariously thank the UK for understanding her “dry humor” or as Americans often refer to it, her “extra horny” jokes.

Lil Baby is arguably one of Atlanta’s biggest music acts. As a native, the “By Myself” rapper wears that as a badge of honor. While residents view Lil Baby as a hometown hero, local law enforcement has a starkly different classification of him.

In a press conference, Atlanta Police Department’s Homicide Commander Ralph Woolfolk, slammed Lil Baby after a shooting on the set of his 2024 music filming ended in two deaths. “He knew he should not have been there,” said Woolfolk. He then vowed to hold Lil Baby responsible for the tragedy.

Now, Lil Baby’s lawyers, Drew Findling and Marissa Goldberg, have issued statement of their own to TMZ. “[Woolfolk’s remarks are] complete and total nonsense,” said the legal duo.

They continued: “To say that he couldn’t shoot a music video in his hometown, a place that he loves and has continued to uplift, is disgraceful. Even more, the location for a major music video shoot is a decision made by a professional team and is not a decision made by any individual.”

Despite the APD’s previous accusations, Findling and Goldberg firmly hold that Lil Baby “had absolutely no involvement” in the shooting. They revealed that Lil Baby was “devastated” following the tragic incident because he as well as the grew up in that neighborhood.

Findling and Goldberg closed by calling the APD’s comments “unprofessional, unethical and shameful.”

The Atlanta Police Department have reportedly arrested 7 people in connection with the shooting.

According to Sabrina Carpenter, she is “a very normal amount of horny.” However, the “Please Please Please” singer’s sexy lyrics paint an entirely different picture. Even Carpenter’s recently televised set could be used as supporting evidence.

Today (March 1), Sabrina Carpenter took her talents across the pond for a highly anticipated BRIT Awards performance. Fresh off of her humorous and charming display during the 2025 Grammys, Carpenter’s UK fans were expecting a more tame showing. Instead, for her performance at the 2025 BRIT Awards (viewable here), Carpenter reverted to her hot and steamy ways to sing “Espresso” and “Bed Chem.”

In full mock Royal Guard regalia, Carpenter and her men background dancers took to London’s The O2 Arena stage. As the group fiercely marched around in sync, Carpenter ethereally sang her beloved song “Espresso.” With the robust audience’s vocal support, Carpenter did not have any need for additional background singers. After shaking her perfectly stoned tail feather off, Carpenter made a swift exit from the stage for a quick wardrobe change.

Then Carpenter reemerge in the center of her dreamy plush heart shaped bedroom set (seen through the Short ‘N Sweet Tour) to perform “Bed Chem.” This time, Carpenter’s impressively flexible woman dancers joined her for a round of sensual choreography.

As Carpenter’s time on stage was coming to an end, one of her faux Royal Guardsmen got awfully close. The pair, nearly chest-to-chest, were then lowered from the audience’s sight line with Carpenter took other creative liberties.

With Carpenter’s Short ‘N Sweet Tour slated to resume at the end of the year, fans could an extension of the steamy moment when she visits a city near them.

Someone from Diddy’s Making The Band past wants the disgraced mogul to make amends. While the “Act Bad” musician awaits his racketeering and sex trafficking trial, Diddy (real name Sean Combs) has been named in a slew of civil complaints–of which the latest arrived yesterday (February 28).

According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, former Da Band singer Sara Rivers (formerly Sara Stokes) is suing Diddy for sexual harassment, battery, and fostering a hostile work environment.

Rivers says that during the tapping Making The Band, she was subject to unwanted sexual advances by Diddy. Rivers’ lawyer Ariel Mitchell outlines a supposed incident in which Diddy “backed her into a corner and blocked her from moving while running his hand across her breasts.”

Mitchell also referred to the infamous moment where Diddy forced Da Band members (including Rivers) to walk to Junior’s Restaurant for cheesecake. While viewers found the moment humorous, Mitchell argues that it is a glaring example of Diddy’s “abusive” demands forced upon subordinates.

In the paperwork, Rivers also named MTV and Viacom (the networks behind the infamous reality television show), several ex-Bad Boy employees including Diddy’s assistant Fonzworth Bentley, and Diddy’s mother Janice Combs. Rivers accused many of the parties of being complicit in Diddy’s alleged actions.

However, Diddy’s legal team has come out to slam Rivers’ claims. In a statement to the outlet, reps referred to the lawsuit as “yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs.”

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” said the legal spokesperson. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. With the deadline for New York’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, it’s clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”

Sara Rivers is reportedly seeking $60 million in damages.

Although famed DJ and producer Marshmello’s identity remains a mystery to most–the same can not be said of his home address. The “Feel In Love” musician’s mixes invites listeners into his world, but some folks have overstepped that boundary violating his personal space.

According to TMZ, on Tuesday, February 25, Marshmello’s Los Angeles home was burglarized. Based on insider information received by the outlet, the break-in was not discovered until days later.

On Thursday, February 27, Marshmello’s private security team supposedly entered the properly only to find it in disarray. It was after walking surveillance footage that they learned intruders had ransacked Marshmello’s home seemingly in search for valuables.

A law enforcement source confirmed to TMZ, that the burglars did in fact find something of interest. The insider claimed unidentified people made off with a safe. While the Los Angeles Police Department immediately responded to Marshmello’s distress call and filed a formal burglary report, at this time no arrests have made.

However, because the investigation is ongoing and Marshmello’s team is reportedly aiding with the matter, they are hopeful that things will be resolved soon. Sadly, this is not the first time Marshmello’s valuables were at the center of a criminal investigation.

Back in 2020, Marshmello’s fully custom $500k Hennessey Ford VelociRaptor truck was stolen from a dealership’s service center. After tracking down the vehicle, the suspects led police on a full out chase. Eventually, the assailant was detained, and the truck was returned to Marshmello.

Marshmello has not issued a public statement regarding the home burglary.

Sorrow has come over lovers of soul music. Legendary soul singer, songwriter, and actress Angie Stone has tragically died at 63 years old (according to TMZ).

Deborah R. Champagne, a longtime representative for Stone, confirmed the heartbreaking news with the outlet. “Angie [Stone] left a performance in Montgomery, Alabama early Saturday morning when she was killed in a car crash,” said the rep.

At this time, no other details have been shared by Champagne or Stone’s family. Stone is survived by daughter Diamond Stone and son who shared with fellow entertainer D’Angelo, Michael Archer Jr. (professional known as SwayvoTwain).

The multi-Grammy Award nominated recording artist made a successful career as a soloist, recording hits such as “Wish I Didn’t Miss You” and “Brotha.” But, Stone’s breakthrough came as part of the 1970s hip hop trio the Sequence. During the 1990s, Stone spent her time in the R&B trio Vertical Hold alongside Willie Bruno II and Dave Bright.

As an actress, Stone appeared in several TV shows and films–most notably in 2003’s The Fighting Temptations, which starred Beyoncé and Cuba Gooding Jr. Stone also starred in the 2015 reality TV show R&B Divas: Atlanta, where she frequently addressed the challenges of working in the music industry.

Supporters online have begun to pen touching tributes in Stone’s memory.
