Worlds are colliding on this steamy new collaboration. Tonight (November 17), Latin music superstar Becky G has teamed up with K-Pop sensation BIBI for their new single, “Amigos.”
While the two each have men in their lives, they just can’t shake off their past lovers. But their former flames know the drill when their beaus come around.
“I know we had a good time and that you always want more / But if my boyfriend calls, we’re just friends, nothing more,” sing the ladies in Spanish on the song’s chorus, over a punchy, percussive track.
On the track, the hip-hop influence is evident. BIBI has previously discussed her love of hip-hop in an interview with AllKPop.
“Expressing oneself through lyrics is so real and genuine,” BIBI said. “As I’m someone who wasn’t necessarily gifted with natural musical talent — I didn’t even know the difference between boom bap or trap beats until way later. I think the other factors of music organically followed as I grew as an artist.”
In the song’s accompanying video, BIBI and Becky embark on a luxurious heist. The two pay a visit to a lush resort, where they attract the attention of several men. They are latter seen running off with jewelry and stacks off cash, later driving away in a vintage car.

BIBI is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.
After sharing her critically-acclaimed debut album Snow Angel this past August, Reneé Rapp has shared four new songs, as part of the album’s deluxe edition. One of the new songs is a remix of a fan-favorite album cut, featuring another starlet.
Joined by Coco Jones, Rapp finds herself hurting both emotionally and physically following the dissolution of a relationship.
“Now my tummy hurts, he’s in love with her / But for what it’s worth, they’d make beautiful babies / And raise them up to be a couple of f*cking monsters like their mother and their father,” sings Rapp on the chorus of both the remix and the song’s original version.
Jones chimes in on the second verse, giving the song a little more of a soul element. And given her choice of words, it sounds like some soul is what this man needs.
“Baby, go open a Bible / ‘Cause God knows that sin is a cycle / Lied to my face, it’s your hobby / Boy, you fine as hell for a psycho / When do they pay for the cost of their choice? / Never ’cause that’s just them boy being boys,” sings Jones.
In addition to being incredible vocalists, Rapp and Jones are also both talented actresses. Jones plays the fabulous, opulent Hilary Banks on Peacock’s Bel-Air, and Rapp plays the sassy but loveable Leighton Murray on The Sex Lives Of College Girls. In January, Rapp will make her feature film debut as Regina George in the movie-musical adaptation of Mean Girls.
Tate McRae has another hit on her hands. Ahead of her upcoming second album, Think Later, McRae has shared her new single “Exes.”
On “Exes” McRae does some examination and concludes she’s better off without her exes — but she’ll always have something to remember them by.
“Kisses to my exes who don’t give a sh*t about me / Kisses, kisses to the next ones who think they can live without me / We make up, then we break up, then they swear they’ll never call me / But I still keep their number and their necklace, kisses to my exes,” sings McRae on the song’s chorus.
According to McRae, the song came rather quickly
“We wrote ‘Exes’ on the last day of the album-making process,” she said in a statement. “It was kind of like the last hurrah that Ryan Tedder and I wrote in legitimately 30 minutes. It talks about my flaws in a relationship, and some of my self-deprecating and self-sabotaging tendencies.”
In the song’s accompanying video, McRae and a group of dancers discover a run-down rodeo venue, and dance the pain away with energetic moves choreographed by the one-and-only Sean Bankhead.
This weekend, McRae will make her Saturday Night Live debut as the musical guest in an episode hosted by Jason Momoa.

Think Later is out 12/8 via RCA. Find more information here.
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for all of our blessings in life, and it’s also the holiday where people are most likely to argue about politics with their families at the dinner table.
Even though a recent poll found that 77% of Americans find it inappropriate to have such conversations on Thanksgiving, they’re bound to happen. The same poll found that 41% of Democrats and 29% of Republicans say they’re likely to talk about politics during dinner even though they know they shouldn’t.
For those who don’t want the holiday ruined by an argument between a Sean Hannity-loving uncle and his niece who prefers to listen to NPR, comedian Leslie Jones is willing to lend her services. Jones is currently the guest host of “The Daily Show” until producers find a permanent replacement for Trevor Noah, who left the show late last year.
In a recent sketch on “The Daily Show,” Jones says she will come to your Thanksgiving dinner to quell any political conversations that crop up.
Warning: Video contains adult humor.
In the sketch, Jones pledges to stop your dad from discussing Roe v. Wade, shut down your uncle from calling his niece a “lazy socialist” and even stop “annoying conversations before they begin,” like when a young man is preparing to try some “MAGA sh*t” during the holiday.
Jones won’t even allow your progressive brother-in-law to get away with making a land acknowledgment during grace.
The sketch is funny, but it’s also a great reminder to all of us this holiday. When things get heated over dessert on Thanksgiving, we can all tap into our inner Leslie Jones and stop the conversations before things get ugly.
Who among us hasn’t been lured into dropping a precious coin into a claw machine, knowing full well that we’ll never actually nab that shiny item tempting us through the glass, but compelled to take our chances all the same. For that is claw’s powerful siren song…maybe this time…
But perhaps now we finally have a piece of evidence that will make our logic stronger than our impulses, thanks to one woman’s curiosity.
Melbourne based renovation expert Katie Clark recently bought herself a claw machine to go in the bar of her house, and after taking a look inside the appliance’s instruction manual, she is determined to “expose the claw machine industry.”
First off, let’s talk about the claw itself.
In a viral TikTok video, Clark shows how the instructions explain that there’s a small washer which, if removed, alters the claw’s gripping ability.
“We all knew, but when it’s documented, it’s printed – it’s more legit. Now it’s confirmed,” she says in the clip.
But it’s not the only way the game is rigged.
In another clip, Clark also shows how the success rate of claw machines can also be drastically changed. From a win ratio of 1:1 all the way to 1 win for every 50 tries, making it next to impossible for anyone to actually get a prize…unless they’ve got a lot of time and money to spend.
After Clark’s video began making the round on social media, several folks chimed in to confirm her claim.
“Took me 18 goes to win once,” one person wrote
“I worked at an arcade, smaller machines ‘paid out’ once they reached about 15 plays and bigger ones were 30/40 plays before you get a win,” wrote another.
One fellow Australian even shared “Years and years ago we found a claw machine with unlimited plays in Melbourne, stayed there for a full hour playing and all we got was one plushie.”
And yet, even after confirming our suspicions, Clark attests, “We’re all still gonna play it.” And she’s probably right. After all, millions of people still gamble and play the lottery every day, even though the odds aren’t exactly in their favor. Perhaps it makes that unlikely win even sweeter, knowing that you transcended probability.
It’s been a little over a month since Drake released his eighth album For All The Dogs. The project was met with mixed reviews, but nothing stopped it from debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with the largest streaming week of 2023 for any album and the fourth-largest ever. Though Drake hinted at a break after the project’s release, the rapper isn’t taking his foot off the gas as he officially announced the release date for Scary Hours 3 on November 16.
Hours before the project arrives on November 17, Drake revealed the artwork and tracklist for Scary Hours 3, which is officially titled For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition. In total, the project features six songs for fans to dive into this weekend. Though the tracklist is out now, any potential features have not been revealed yet so it’s unclear whether or not there are any at all on For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition.
Following news of Cassandra Ventura, also known as singer Cassie, filing a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging rape and physical abuse, new developments have surfaced surrounding the producer and rapper. According to TMZ, Diddy is currently the subject of a secret NYPD investigation.
It is unclear if this alleged investigation is in relation to Cassie, however, the publication reports that there is strong evidence that the complaint leading to the investigation involves sexual assault.
According to TMZ, the publication was informed by law enforcement that there is an open case at NYPD with the name, “Sean Combs,” and said case is an active case. However, the case file is reportedly locked, “essentially meaning it’s a sensitive case where access is restricted.”
NYPD issued a statement to TMZ, saying, “The NYPD takes sexual assault and rape cases extremely seriously, and urges anyone who has been a victim to file a police report so we can perform a comprehensive investigation, and offer support and services to survivors.”
Based on the statement, TMZ gathers that authorities may be speaking with more than one alleged victim.
The publication has also looked into law enforcement in other jurisdictions, including Miami, Beverly Hills, and Los Angeles, however, have found that no police report has been filed pertaining to Cassie or Diddy, and no other investigations have been launched.
The Cincinnati Bengals and Baltimore Ravens matched up in Week 11 for one of the most anticipated Thursday Night Football battles of the season. In the early going, however, the game was marred by injuries, as Ravens star tight end Mark Andrews went down in the first quarter and Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow left the game soon after. Burrow tossed a short touchdown pass to Joe Mixon with almost six minutes left in the first half but, as soon as he let the ball go, he appeared to be in significant pain.

The Bengals soon announced a right wrist injury for Burrow, who went to the locker room for further evaluation. In providing additional context to this ailment, Burrow was captured earlier in the day wearing some sort of brace on his throwing wrist/hand, and that could shed light on what transpired, especially given that Burrow’s injury was non-contact.
Lots of talk about a deleted #Bengals post, which showed Joe Burrow wearing some type of brace or sleeve on his right wrist.
Here’s video of Burrow getting off the team bus in Baltimore.
Jake Browning took the next series for the Bengals at quarterback and, for a team already dealing with other injuries to Tee Higgins and others, Cincinnati simply cannot afford to be without Burrow. Updates will likely follow, but the city of Cincinnati is holding its collective breath.
While Barbs may still be bummed that Nicki Minaj‘s fifth album Pink Friday 2, which was supposed to be released tomorrow (November 17), won’t arrive for another few weeks, they can still look forward to a tour announcement. Tomorrow also marks the premiere of The Hunger Games: The Ballad Of Songbirds & Snakes.
Ahead of the premiere, Rachel Zegler shared a hilarious story on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon about how she accidentally started a rumor that Minaj would be on the movie’s soundtrack.
“It was one of those things where there’s a character named Barb Azure in the movie,” said Zegler. “And the actress who plays Barb Azure has a great sense of humor. Her name is Honor Gillies. She’s so fantastic and posted a video of Nicki Minaj saying, ‘Calling all Barbz’ when she got cast. And her character plays the standup bass in the movie so obviously I commented, ‘Slappin’ that super bass.’ As you would.”
This comment was quickly sniffed out by the Barbz, who immediately began sharing theories on social media that Minaj would contribute to the soundtrack.
“They were screenshotting those comments, posting them all over social media, being like, ‘What is Mother doing?’ They are very, very, very dedicated and amazing,” said Zegler of Minaj’s fan army. “I am a Barb. I love Nicki. But she’s not on the album.”
At one point, Zegler herself even believed Minaj may appear on the soundtrack, recalling how Minaj once shared a video with “The Hanging Tree” from The Hunger Games playing in the background.
“She knew what she was doing. I had no idea what I was doing,” Zegler said. “I didn’t know if she was on the soundtrack so I was like, ‘Okay.’”
Barbz can look forward to hearing Pink Friday 2 on December 8, on the birthday of the Queen Barb herself.
